[Resolved]  Manhattan Credit Card + Standard Chartered Bank — reward points Redemption site does not work

15 times I tried to redeem my points of Manhattan Credit card on following site given by Standard Chartered bank :http://www.indiaplaza.in/manhattanplatinum/
but every time error occurs which says "sorry temporary problem with server" I tried different times. Then I spoke to customer care Mr. Venu who gave an email id " cart.[protected]@sc.com"to send screen shot of problem so that problem can be resolved. I have sent mails 2 times on 27th & 28th Maybut got no reply.Then again called to Cust. care that if any other alternative by which I can redeem my points and get the necessary thing- but no use- they say online is only 1 way and i feel acutally that is just show- customer take credit card by getting attracted with good rewards points gifts and they dont keep site workable so that no one can redeem. 1 of my colleague also facing same problem. otherwise all other banks have facility of getting points redeem on phone also then why STC cant do same- so its a fraud
