Manish Jewellers — not received statement

I have not received my statement of my EDCmachine till date although i am requesting for the same for last 5 months.My tid no.is 41038262.I have also requested Mr.RAVI VAISHNAV,MISS SHIPRA,GITIKA for tha same but to no results.The machine is with me for the past 8 months.I was using a ICICI machine but i was assured for a better service so i switched to HDFC machine but i am very dissapointed with the services.Kindly solve my problem asap.thanks.Myself manish gupta
