[Resolved] Mapmyindia — Incomplete Commitment

I want to update my Garmin Nuvi 765 T. I was promised by the executive who sold me this product that i can update my product anytime i want as i have a couple of free updates. I have contacted the customer service several times and i have not got any reply as to what has to be done. I travel a lot and as I visit new places every time i need my GPS device, as the product is not up to date i am not being able to use it. I am very unhappy with the service provided from your side. It is not right when you do not come through to your commitments. I purchased this product because at the time i was told that this was the best product in your range at the time and that i would get full service and timely free updates.

Oh god my problem is the same one. I also have the same device and waiting for the updates since three months. Well, after this month I am going to switch over to satguide maps. May be they can solve my problem.

For me also same problem. at the time of purchasing, they will say everything is free. now they r saying that, we have to pay for update. Finally i paid Rs.1750/- for 4 updates. ( ie every six month one updation) But only few changes. somany places it showing wrong directions. so don't suggest this for other peoples.
