Sir,

I have purchased a brand new EECO 5 STR A/C from your dealer at Kannur, HAR AUTO PRIVATE LTD, Kannothumchal, Kannur. I have took delivery of the vehicle on 29.05.2012 in the afternoon. But shockingly the vehicle showed some problem in running after traveling only 10 km. The engine started to stop on running. With much difficulty I brought the vehicle to the dealer on that day itself, that too within one hour from the time of delivery. Thereafter the vehicle is found to be dead, without even starting. So far your dealer could not rectify the defect of the vehicle. Actually they could not even find out the defect of the vehicle. I have availed huge amount as loan to purchase the vehicle and could not run the vehicle even for one hour. The non-functioning of the engine is it’s manufacturing defect. So I am entitled to get the vehicle replaced. The vehicle is not so far registered with the registering authority, and is on temporary registration.

So please do the needful at the earliest to replace new vehicle with the one supplied to me which is having manufacturing defect.
