[Resolved]  Maruti 800 — Bad service practises at maruti authorised workshop

Hi!
I visited Caretaker at Plot no 35&36 Industrial Area, Phase 2 Panchkula for repairs of my Maruti Car no CH01-Q-7657. Clutch plates of my car were to be changed, for which they I will say played a lot wih my car, very first thing person authorised to take test drive uses my caer to transport his manpower from busstand to workshop 5 mechanics including him and me. Then they fiddle with the carurator of my car on asking me to not to do so, they damage my car's petrol pipe for which I am shown that by using a hose pise in addition the damage is repaired. after that they tune my euro1 car without any RPM meter saying nowadays no car is tuned using the same.
Today I visit their another workshop not knowing that the same belong to caretaker, here I am told that my carburator is in a very bad shape some jugad has been done into the same because of which my car is giving avearge of 11-12 KM/tr.
Maruti to my knowledge and interest meant a name of trust but seeing such malpractises undertaken by Maruti's authorised workshops I suppose the Maruti's logo of Count on US should be renamed us come to us we will take all your money and satisfaction and we ourself will count all.
