[Resolved]  Maruti 800 — Deliberate change of seat belts buckles and rods

Went to Rana Motors, Wazirpur, new delhi yesterday to get our 1 year old maruti 800 serviced and shocked to see that the original Maruti fitted front seat belts buckles(red in color) with their rods have been replaced with old buckles of different colour(orange) and old repaired rods after the servicing was completed.
.
THIS IS A PURE CASE OF CHEATING AND FRAUD.

When we approached workshop manager, he was not willing to accept and not cooperating.

Escalated to General Manager Service and he too did not accept his worker's deliberate mischief and not willing to help.

Also, when the car was observed from below,we saw that it was not washed as lot of mud was sticking to parts below.

Concern is that if they can change parts which are visible, they can also change parts which are not visible like spark plugs, axle, other important parts related to the working of the car.


The Rana motor management is not willing to accept their fault and we as a customer are helpless.
