Respected Sir,
I am Rashid khan S/O Mr.Jahid khan,Ajad nagar khandari,Agra. i am working with GRAS ACADEMY as a centre manager, I requested you, that i was purchased Maruti 800 from Prem Moters ( TRUE VALUE ) Pvt.Ltd. Sanjay place,Agra, on 5th jan,2012. I was purchased that car in 30,000 Rs/- this amount taken by the C.E.O. of the company Mr. Ravi,But i received the bill only 25000 Rs/-. The registration no of this car is U.P.80J7794. I was purchased that car trough Prem Moters Because this is the well reputed company,& the Company statement is that" we will sale all the old car after total fitting, and Mr. Ravi C.E.O. of the company was told that if is there any problem in this car within 1- 2 months from the purchasing date then we will repair the car without any charges. But when i was took the car first time from the showroom to my home it creates starting problem. when i was go to the showroom with car for the complaint they deposit my car for repairing, after 8-10 days they repaired my car and they charge 1500 Rs/- for that repairing. Again I was go to my home from the showroom by car,it again creates starting problem, then again I was go to showroom then then they deposit my car again.Now my car repaired but they give me the bill of Rs. 5000/-.Now company says that firstly clear the bill of 50 %- after that we will give you your car. but i am not agree for this condition.i told him i will give you cheque of 2500 after the date of 1 month. that time he is agree and fill the name of company on my cheque inb your hand writing ,he say come to in evening & take your car, but in the evening he dnt give me Car, & say i can’t discount you,you will give me full amount when i guranted ,1st i will chek then i will hand over you, after drive my car then Mr. ravi ( CEO ) say this car is not gud, now i have no guarante for this CAR, i am suggest you, you will perches SANTRO for the mathura number i will give you santro only 75000 thousand, now i am agree , he say i have guarntee for Santro if you perches with me. i am again agree for santro. but after some time to Collect amount i was go buy the Santro he say , you will give me full amount 75000 , I am told him i have already submit 30000 rs. so why i am give you full amount. then he say " Aap mere se faltu ki baatein mat kijiye , Maine apse kaha na abhi apko pura paisa dena hoga, Wo 30000 rs aap abhi bhul jaye , jab wo gaadi bik jayegi to main apko paisa de dunga, abhi santro leni hai to pura paisa do, warna yaha aane ki koi jarurat nahi hai , or baar baar muje call karke iritate mat karo," after irritate he told me that " ab tumhe jo karna hai kar lo kahi b report de do main santro nahi dunga or jo 800 ka bill bana hai 5000 ka wo pura paisa do or gaadi le jao.
Sir, it is my humble request to you, please do justice in my case as soon as possible.
