[Resolved] Maruti Alto — accidental insurance claim | |||
Hi,my Maruti Alto,Reg.No.TR-o1-F-0644,insured with maruti insurance had an accident on 29th Jan.2010.Next day it was submitted to the local dealer,M/S Jain Udyog,AD Nagar,Agartala, Tripura and insurance claim was made after fulfilling all the prerequisite.Survey was made in the beginning of March,'10 and the case was finalised as total loss and I agreed for salvage loss settlement after discussion with the Manager,Jain Udyog,Mr Haripada Bhowmik and the insurence agent Mr Uttam Banik in the middle of March,'10.Thereafter I was told by the same persons that my claim will be settled latest by the 2nd week of April,'10.But to my utter disappointment in spite of repeated pursuation till today no positive result could be yielded. I'm fed up with their false assurances and desperately need an early solution to get rid of this lengthy n agonosing ordeal.Thanks. my alto modle 2009 accident in(by mistake driver car was 3 times rolled and large damege and my wife was major injuries in head and some me sholder my age is 60 years ) mar 2010 after reneval so i have late complaint for FIR and after insurance .. so insurance company tell me you are not able to clame this policy your time is out time period is after accident 48 hours. i say i am not able to come your office and i forget i am alone with my wife no children so iam totaly depends on my neighbour and others relative so... plz tell me what can i do accident date 30/4/2010 fir 27/7/2010 insurance 3/09/2010 .

maruti insurance/Maruti-Alto — delay in insurance claim settlement
Hello,I'm Dr Achintya,owner of maruti-Alto,Reg.No.TR-01-F-0644,that had an accident on 29/1/2010.All prerequisite were fulfilled by the end of February & survey was complete and report submitted at the end of 2nd wk of March,'10.But till today, no compensation or co-mmunication been received from the insurance company,the "maruti insurance",with whom thecar has been insured.Locally the case was
handled by Mr Haripada Bhowmik & Mr Uttam Banik the Manager & insurance agent respectively of the local dealer M/S Jain Udyog,Agartala,with whom the car was placed immediately after the accident.Pl.Help.
