respected sir..

i am a proud owner to a 2nd hand 2005 maruti alto,reg no:KL 5 T 7785, which i had purchased from sai service(used car showroom) at pathadipalam,edapally on 2009 sept 14th. from the first day of the purchase i experienced very bad service from them..they said the car had been fully checked, and there was no need for me to worry..
within ten minutes the car battery went dead in the middle of a traffic block,service guys came with a low charge battery to be fitted in my car..well, i took the freedom of taking the battery from their car which they were using,and i didn't accept the battery which they had bring along with them..after that insurance, front and rear shock absorber problems started..
i used to service my vehicle at sai service at karingachira,tripunithura.cochin..it was going very well..after the free service they began to charge for services which i never asked them to do..on this 10th of may 2011, i gave my vehicle for a front shock check for an abnormal sound coming from it..i also informed them if any additional cost is coming, pls check with me...at that evening they said the vehicle had been serviced,and they also replaced the steering bush for a tightness feeling when riding the car..they charged me 2100rs for the service..
frankly speaking i didn't ask them to service the steering, but they charged me..but now the seering lock has been set in a wrong position, which i didn't like...asked them to correct it and they picked the vehicle from my home on 17th may 2011 for servicing...
i got my vehicle back at evening with the same problem which they didn't even mind for correcting...
useless service and customer dissatisfaction was what i got in the end..
if anybody is going for service at sai at karingachira..i would say they better think it twice..go to indus..they do service much better..
totally awkward service they got there at sai...pls everyone stay clear of sai service...especially at edapally and karingachira,tripunithura..bye.

Maruti Alto — Maruti Auto Card

Hi,

I have purchased my Maruti Alto car from Rohan Motors Ghaziabad, at the same day i was also applying for city bank auto cad on 2/12/2007, But today is 31 Dec, but I am getting my card password but not getting my Card, I tried to call in customer support but no one help me or respond to me.

Kindly let me know where is the problem, Why I am not getting my auto card.
I agree that the Comfort that we experienced for windows in Maruti 800 and Zen previously is not available in Alto. As specially the Windows are not designed properly. Also the most eyecatching thing is they are not opening fully just like Old Fiat and Ambasador models.

The rear windows are not opening to its full limits,
The second service is offered free so no care is been taken during this service, no checkings are observed after second service.

Maruti Alto — service related

I visited on my 2nd service on dated 25.04.08(Chittosho Motor, Mohali-Punjab).After that my car has on or the other problem.complaints many times on phone or visited to service centre but it's vain.Today I recd a letter from dealer end by hand which was written on dated 20.06.08 & says that come to service centre with in the week from the date of dispatch.would it possible that today is 27.06.08?

Maruti Alto — Poor Customer service

The Hazard switch of my Car is not working. I have to remove this from the car because if I keep it in its place then ignition automatically turned on. Now If I remove this we may not start
the car. I went to my nearest Maruti Authorised Service station ( Serampore, Hooghly, WB, PIN :712203). They advised me not to drive the car unless replace the switch. Last one and half month I tried to replace the switch but Maruti could not provide me a switch . I feel shame
to be a customer of Maruti who cannot supply a switch in one & half month.

Maruti Alto — car steering not working properly.

i have purchased maruti alto ( L X) from VIPUL MOTORS, faridabad in 2006 dec. the steering of car is so tight, as we are driving any heavy vechicle. i have told so many times but they always says that i we loose it noise will produce. A.C is not iffective as it should be . and pickup of car goes down . and many more

this to kind information regarding the bad service of my car maruti alto service date 16-12-09 from KTL INDIRA NAGAR LUCKNOW.THEY PEOPLE WERE telling me lie that they did the service but was wrong . since car was very much in bad condition...and was not serviced ...after all drama they started work which was very much pathatic for such a reputated organisation. take action and revert me asap

I am Arul das had left my Car Alto Bearing Dl AC3A 8711 complaining Starting problem and minor check ups. The vehicle was nor washed and the checking was not done. But the charged for Rs.6250/- when I was asked for Proper washing relay was washing is free of cast and the servicing is only to check up the problems. Even the starting problem was rectified, after serviceing I went to Chicmagalure there I had very severe starting problem eery time when I start my vehicle I must call some body road side and push it and start, But a person in Chickmagalure Authorized service centre of Maruti, M/S.Formula motors Mr. Sundar a small time mechanic had rectified and my problem is solved, with Rs 250/- even after spending Rs.6250/- and same three times a bis dealer so called Mondovi Motors 3rd Phase Sarakki industrial area, Bangalore. is not able to rectify even.

This What we are in the car World Please train your Mechanics for trouble shoot and rectify the same then charge.

I am sorry, I will neer go to such dealers again atleast train them what is Servicen means.

Maruti Alto — OVER CHARGE TO CUSTOMER

Dear Sir,

I had bought one Maruti Alto car from AMITDEEP SHOWROOM CIVIL LINES Allahabad.I heard that Maruti is no. 1 ranking in CSI (Customer Service Index) but my practicle experince create a huge question mark on this company, how that company got this rank ???????

They are charging Rs. 3000 more in Registration amount when i know, i told from sells guy that i wll do registrtion own myself but he was not agree but after so many request he allow. 20 days completed but the sells guy are neither returned my registration amount nor picking my phone calls.

Sir, we need your support.

Maruti Alto — improper service by anand motor chinhat lucknow

1.Sir,
I (jagat narayan pathak from gonda) have purchage one alto car from your agency on 19 april 10.

2. while purchageing they have promise that i will give you home service for centerlocking.but they have not given the same.i have face lot of problem for short circuit in centerlock.

3. They have deposited money for registration but today he is telling that same could not be done from me & now you do it your own.

4. Even they have promise to provide for silky silver colour and booked for that but not given at the time of delivey but a have not came to you.

5. But now they are making me fool at every step. So,sir please look in to the matter and do the needful.

Hi All, I have faced a very bad body repair service from "Friendly motors". During the body repair of my car, they scratched all my fibre inside of front door on the top of it, they replaced the damaged silence unit with an locally made unit (which is not with MGA approval) and it used to give me 1st or 2nd gear noise, i repeatedly went to them to fix it for 5 times. Ultimately they got me guinine one. This dealer is not Friendly at all. Please avoid this dealer for transactions.

I have face very bad experience about your authorized deler AUTO PACE Phase I Chandigarh. I visited 4 or 5 time to solve my steering problem in my new car Modle May 2010 RC No. HR49-B-8199. All the time your service manager giving a new excuse to turn me away from the service point. Still i am suffering for the steering problem. I humbly request you to take some pain for me to resove the problem. I hope you will do the need full and oblige.

I am very frustrate from HIRA Automobile, Patiala (Punjab) 's service and Maruti Customer Care
Maruti Customer Care did not register my complaint even i called them thrice.
I have purchased a Alto LXI on 12-May-2010 from HIRA Automobile, Patiala (Punjab). It has a Minda battery and after seven month it goes dead. I have register my complaint with Chittosho Motors Mohali on 18-Dec-2010 and they give me a letter and said you can claim your battery from Minda we are not responsible for battery failure. When I made a call to Minda Customer Care they said we have no battery in our stock you have to wait for 3 or 4 days.After then I made a called to HIRA Automobile Patiala and they said same thing that you have to claim your battery from Minda. Even after 8 days neither Minda nor Hira Automobile replace my battery and i still waiting for battary.

Maruti, Alto — Bad Service

I sent my car for service to United auto motors in April month. I suggest NO ONE should visit them ever. The attendant there , Vivek, is pathetic, We clearly told him what old problems are there, and also told the service station owner MR Pranav that last time he did a very bad job so he should personally look into the matter, He charged me RS 5500, and my car is worse then what it was before service. When we went there to pick the car, I was surprised to see what kind of shabby job they had done, doors were making the bad noise, interiors of the car were full of dust and dirt. I stood there for 2 hours and good things fixed up - ONLY things which I could see and make out. Now I my steering gives jerk while driving, there is lot of noise from the bonnet. Speakers are dead. I want all the service charges back and also the compensation for the harrasment

I am unsatisfy with service of Simran Motors Service Center. Unskilled and hopeless staff.

On Saturday 30th April 2011 I give my Alto for service (40000 km). Mr. Sushil (Advisor) has check my car and take for service and he given time of delivery at 6.00 pm. on the same day i gone to take my car on 6.00 pm. Mr. sushil told me wait for 10- 15 minutes and take your car. I just wait upto 8.00 pm then he told me that you can not take your car some pending works were there. I told to Mr. Sushil that I want to go long drive on sunday with my family. kindly give my car, again on monday I will leave my car. for serivce purpose. Mr. sushil agree and ready to give my car. When I see my Car I got shocked because my car got Accident in their service center. dicky got dented and backside bumper dented and front side light broken and dent of bonate and front side bumper dented. I notice all damage due to accident to Costumer Care Managar Ms. Jyoti Kadam and she told me that we are going to do all work with servicing on Thursday on 5th May 2011. and ask for my Insurance Policy, RC Book and Driving Licence.

On Thursday 5th May I make a call to Mr. Warsi (Body Shop manager) and told me that your work will completed on Friday kindly take your car on Friday.

Again on Friday I meet Mr. Warsi on 6.00 pm he told me to take my vehicle on Saturday.

Again on saturday 11.24 pm Mr. Sushil told me on Mobile that your car is ready. so I gone in simran motors and meet Mr. Sushil. agiain he told me wait for 10 minutes I will give your car. I seen the same car in workshop it is not servicing properly and Bonate of backside is still broken situation and not washed. All thing notice to Ms. Jyoti (Customer Care Manager). She promised me your car will give on sunday after all camplaint fulfill.

On sunday Mr. Sushil call me and ask for car delivery. I told to Mr. sushil if it is ready then & then you call me, he said that he confirm the same. when I gone to Simran Motors again problem are same. Ms. Jyoti on leave so I make the call to Ms. Jyoti and told her all situation.

If body shop Insurance policy is their why used my own Insurance policy
from 1/05/2011 to when my car ready pay me Rs. 1000/- per day. because I used my car for Office. so mistke is your and How I can bear for this. I allready talk to Ms. Jyoti about all those thing.

Simran Motors have to Pay me Rs. 1000/- per day for hire charges of vehicle due to damage in workshop.

when my car ready then only call till Rs. 1000/- per day will be continued.

I am very disappointed with the service center staff.

Looking forward towards satisfactory response from Maruti and some strict action against Simran Motors.
