[Resolved]  Maruti Alto — Fraud of Rs. 2510-/

I own Maruti Alto car HR-20 J-2851 got the insurance policy renewed from Maruti insurance office Hissar Auto Mobiles (ICICI Lombard Insurance) on 29/6/2010 with cashless advantage and received a cover note on 29/6/2010 vide proposal No. 6794577 from your office. I deposited a cheque in your office on dated 29/6/2010 of SBI Siwani amounting Rs. 2510- for said insurance & said cheque No 421668 which was paid to you from my account on 8/7/2010.
I met with an accident on 15/9/2010, survivor took survey on 16/9/2010 vide claim No. 01727889 dt 16/9/2010. Now I have come to know from your office that due to nonpayment of above said amount to ICICI insurance did not issued policy bond to me & refused for any claim. My car is repaired on18/9/2010 and still in workshop at Hisar.I suffered lot of lose in my tour job business due to refusal for payment by ICICI Insurance.& payment is not paid to insurance company by you. I was filling cheated. that I have done a big mistake by opting for maruti insurance for my vehicle. I was really embarrassed to have maruti insurance as my policy.

Your company is harassing me. They are not attending my phone even after producing bank statement showing payment of Rs. 2510-/ from my account. It was never expected such a erratic behavior from a reputed and no.1 company of cars i.e. Maruti in india. I had faith on maruti which was shattered by this behaviour.

Please settle my case immediately otherwise I have to proceed for legal action against Hissar Auto Mobiles company in competent court of law & you r will be responsible for claim.
