ALTO LX — Noise while applying brakes
I HAVE A MARUTI ALTO LX 5 YEARS OLD . during few days when i apply my brakes it makes lot of noise and it feels as if the front wheel is making the same. and the wheel gets very hotwht is the problem cnt understand
Maruti Alto — Carelessness by authorised dealer
I have done a service on(01-Nov-2008) for my vehicle (KL-2 z 1521 Alto) in Popular Maruti - Quilon. They had charged Rs.3920 as service charges. But they have spoiled my central lock in the car. I had called them repeatedly, but there is no response. Previous time also similar things happened because of their carelessness. I had informed to Maruti also regarding this through mail. Till now no response from both of them. What to do further?? it's a natural every parts have a own life if it is wearing in short time it's means it's manufaturing defect and company should resposible for it.
I also face the problem with clutch plate in alto LXI model purchased on 2008 July. My vehicle runned about 51000 kilometers and I wants to replace the clutch plate two times. So after three years my I want to add Rs.2/kilometer for services.I do not expect such a thing from maruti products
i also face clutch plate problem in alto lxi. Purchased in Nov 2008.
ALTO LX — Problematic Clutch
Dear SirI have purchased Maruti Alto LX in the month of April 2007 from your authorised Dealer M/s Raj Sneh at Meerut (UP).
Since the day of purchase my Vehicle was having Clutch problem, which on several request & reminders was not properly checked or ammended by the Dealer.
After visiting the dealership several times and getting no response there after i went to another dealership M/s Tanya Automobiles where upon checking by the engineer i have been told that the fault is a manufacturing defect and needs replacement of the clutch and cannot be covered under warranty.
I request your office to look into the matter and solve my problem at the earliest as after all these follow ups I feel betrayed and neglected from a dealer ship of such a renowned company.
Kindly ensure immediate response or else I shall be forced to seek legal help and go to the consumer forum for the resolution.
