Alto Lxi — discount cheating

I`m balwinderjit singh, residing at h.no. 608, sector 9, ambala city.
We had purchase the car i.e Alto lxi on 20th Aug 08 in exchange offer through Mr. Rajan kohli, who is sale executive at modern automobile, ambala city. He told me that there is scheme of Rs 12000/- discount + 30000 for your vehicle exchange ( Maruti 800cc), total sum up 42ooo/- but he cheat us and give us only 42000, as that time company discount offer was of Rs 22000/-
so total should be Rs 52000/-

When after a few day I come know about this, I rush to above said person for the same and Manager of Modern automobiles. They told me that we will give you some compensation i.e Centre locking And accessories but at the last they refuse when I reach at there worksop for second service Plus pending accessory as promise by them
Even they had not attend me properly.
Pls look into the matter and provide me my pending amt i.e Rs 10, 000

Alto Lxi — cheating

i have taken an alto lxi from your own dealer here in cochin(popular automobiles) four months before.During the time of negotiations they were promised me to avail a discount of Rs.10000/- as exchange bonus and for availing that discount i have to give them the documents of our family owned omni.at that time they told it will take some more time and will give the particular amount within one month.But after taking delivery they changed there promises and now they were telling that we cant give that.Also they were threatening me by telling "you do anything you want, we cant give you nothing more and take it if you can" .please do the needful.

o Noise while changing 2nd gear
o Abnormal noise in the Transmission box @ the speed of 40-50km/hr
1st service comments from MARUTI SERVICE MASTERS, GT KARNAL ROAD. DELHI-33
o Agents at the service station agreed that there is some abnormal noise from the Transmission box, so they check the Gear Oil level & said now this will not have any abnormal noise again.
o Till today (3rd April 3, 2009) we are still having the same abnormal noise coming from the Transmission box.
o With several experts tips we are still running our car & there is no solution provided. Our car has completed its 4800kms.
Today we have given our car for 2nd service & the comments from the service agents are still the same. We are not satisfied with there comment because they are also saying us to wait for another 2-3 days. There reply is not at all satisfied because they are already confused & not sure of the solution.
This car is parked for service @ your MSS Naryana Delhi. The job order number is: 0374511. Dated 3rd April.
We are sorry to say that while driving this car we have a feeling of driving a truck as the noise is very disturbing.
Any one sitting on the back side get very disturbed with this non sense noise all the time
All the pleasure of driving a brand new car is gone waste & give us a feeling of driving a old second hand purchased car.
We already had a option of buying a new Santro & 2nd hand Honda City. But syill we stick to this Wagon R model as we had a strong faith in the Maruti Company Brand & wanted to stick with the same car brand ( as we already have 3 more from Maruti). We were totally satisfied with all the other models & never had any issue with them. But we are very disappointed with this model & will think hundreds of time before buying /recommending any Maruti cars to any one in near future.
We have always recommended this car to other to purchase & have already had a faith in your brand & services, however this car where we have invested 3.5L are seems all waste & not worth having feeling of a new car.
Our relative also purchased the same car ( Wagon R LXI) with us (3 in total from Marketing Times) This was on the on basis on only our past experience & recommendation. All 2 cars are running smooth. But the problem is only with this model. Every one is enjoying the pleasure of driving there new car however we feel of driving a truck/second have model/old purchased car
We already have 3 more cars at present & are from Maruti only (Beleno DL 3C AG 9900, Maruti 5 speed Deluxe DL2CS 1899 & SX4 DL 3CBL 0422 ) & are happy to drive further more. However this new car WagonR LXI DL 9CV 9900 is not worth of driving any more with this abnormal noise from the gear box.
We want this car replaced with another same model or at least change all the defective parts (gear box) with the immediate effect. This should not be repaired as the repaired gear box is never have a permanent solution. This need a definitely a new gear box as this is manufacturing defect
This above mentioned car is parked @ the MSS Naryana Delhi for next 2 days & while this duration we strongly expect you to replace the Gear Box.
A positive & immediate replay is expected from your organization as we have already waited the pleasure of driving the new car & dont want our car to be in the same condition for long.

This is in line with the above subject. I indeed disappointed to intimate you that I have purchased your product MARUTI SWIFT DZIRE ZDI from K.P. Automotives (P) Ltd. Jaipur just 4 months back i.e. January 2009 and time to time we are producing the vehicle to their workshop at Jaipur for periodically services. Yesterday 5th May 2009 we have produce the vehicle for 2nd services. After servicing I went to collect my vehicle I astonished to observe that some liquid was spread on the left hand front side door, due to which the colour is fully damaged. When the incident was reported to the Service Engineer at their workshop, he has started to make arguments with very bad attitude instead to take suitable measures to clean the liquid. Finally, they have done some thing but a lot of scratches taken place. In fact, I have again called to the concerned staff and reported for the scratches. Finally they agreed to paint the door, which they have mentioned on the invoice, copy of which is enclosed, as self-explanatory.

Keeping in view of above circumstances, I can understand that after sale services of your product are absolutely unsatisfied, which directly affected on your sale, as it forced me not to buy your product in future.

I, therefore, request you to look into the matter and take appropriate measures to improve the after sale services.

I am fully confident that you will sure do the needful in this regard.

Being a big fan for maurti cars and their services, but I am having major discomfort in driving ALTO, as the steering wheel is very hard. Now the car is 3 years old the problem has increased. No body has told me while buying the ALTO to go for power steering mode, i.e. LXi versoin of ALTO.

I have purchased maruthi swift on 26/03/2007. Before i purchased the car i was in dilemma about which one to choose. Finally I settled with Maruthi Swift and a friend of mine also decided to get the same along with me with loads of expectations... At last we got 2 Maruthi Swifts on the same day..

By mid 2008 I left my car for service in Khivraj, Chennai, reporting a huge noise at the Front-Left wheel along with lot of rattling noise in the car. I clearly explained the situation to the people in maruthi.. But the problem was not rectified. When i enquired them, they said that nothing was to be worried and the same would be done in next service..

I trusted maruthi and came back... I encountered the same problem again and again. So i visited Khivraj - Maruthi for the same issue.. They told me that the problem was due to the stearing box and the same need to be coiled.. They took 3 days to return the car and again the same problem persisted.

I informed the service centre again and they informed me that the stearing box has to be replaced.. They took nearly a month to change the stearing box. But even after that the problem was not resolved.

So there was a huge noise on the left wheel and also huge rattling noise in the car. Now the car is not covered in warranty as it has passed 2 yrs from purchase... But this issue is going on and never ending for the past 1 year.

I have purchased my car in Khivraj, near mount road (chennai). Khivraj is about 30 km from my home and I always preferred the service centre where i purchased my vehicle eventhough Cars India is just 3Kms from my home.

I have recommended all my friends about maruthi andd we have got nearly 8 cars from Maruthi.

I regret i have done a big mistake of recommending Maruthi to my friends and getting myself...

my car met an accident on 5th of june it was a major accident and it got totally lostb as per the estimate of jamkash vehicle leads srinagr what i am not able to understand since then one month is over i am not being paid by the national insurance company.

MARUTI ALTO LXI — Cheating by MUL & Sagar Automobiles

Hi,

On 13/2/02009 i got my 5th paid service (19500kms.) for my [B]Alto LXi [/B]done at Sagar Automobiles, BGT Road, Bangalore (dealer code 0203) and was schocked find that all my 5 original tyres that came with car initially were changed with some other tyres.

The sl.nos. in the manual and the tyre didn't match. They had no answer when i asked this and then after 2 days they manually keyed in the sl. nos. of replaced tyres in the PDI report and told me that initially the manual book was wrong. This is ridiculous and unacceptable as i had tallied the tyre sl. nos. with the manual when i got the vehicle delivered.

The thought of checking the tyres came to me after reading reviews on many blogs about servicing at Sagar Automobiles where in one more customer had complained about such criminal act from Sagar Automobiles, in his case they had changed his stepney

But for my bad luck :(all the 5 tyres are changed. Since my car is rarely used and had done only 19k kms in 3 years and also there was not a single puncture in the 4 tyres and the stepney was not even removed even once from its slot.

They are cheating innocent customers and this is daylight robbery:mad:. I request all gaadi.com memebers and also gaadi.com to spread this message around not to use the serivices of SAGAR AUTOMOBILES as they indulge in such activities.

Let my bad experience with them be a eye opener for all o[censored]s.

We have WagonR Lx bearing registration no. HRO1S-3780 We have done service thrice from modern automobile ambala city (Haryana) from first service to last third service we have made same complaint big noise in front wheels they have charged Rs.6000/-(approx.) in three services but our complaint is not solved when we complaint to the workshop manager. he said that this is the deficiency in maruti WagonR model You should change the car.I am mentally & harash by your dealer services please lookafter the matter thouroly as soon as earliest .

I S S Updhyay ( Retd final cheker ) Bank note press, Dewas(MP) bought Maruti 800 Uniq Model(Car No MP -09-CE 0426 ) from one of your dealer M/S Jabalpur Motors, Indore in the Month of March 2009. Few days before the fuel indicator starts blinking and starts giving heavy smoke, i have shown the vehicle to your service dealer M/s Patel Motors Pvt, Ltd, Indore on 06/02/10 job card no R/R dt 06/02/10.
Now as per your service dealers the problem occcers bcoz of improper fuel, and the engine pistane etc cuts and given an enstimate of approx Rs 20, 000.00 and saying that this will not cover under warranty.
I am surprised that the car is under warranty and i am senior citizen and very keen to fill petrol from the right petrol pump of H P from dewas.I dont know much techniaclly how the problem has come to my vehicle.Last service date is in sep 2009.
Now its my humble request to you to cover the charges of repairing under warranty as godwil of customer.MARUTI UDYOG IS A VERY BIG & REPUTED COMPANY BCOZ OF THAT IN THE AFE OF 50+ I HAVE PURCHASED MARTI CAR.

I have purchased a alto from STARLINE MOTORS MEHSANA GUJARAT in july 2009. On 16th January when I went there for my 2nd free service i was treated with absolute non professinal and rude manner. I did not get a car wash even. I also ask them to look into the trouble of shaking of car while driving owing to fault in the tyres, I was not properly answered. Mauti/car Alto LX — warranty

I purchase car maruti alto LX model (UP14AN 1992) from maruti dealer dev motors Aligarh on 08.11.2007. Its third free service was done on 30.10.2008 at Tanya motora meerut till this time car run just 3346 Km only and everything was in good working condition. Fourth (paid) service was done at Raj Sneh auto India Pvt. Ltd. Delhi road Meerut on 08.08.2009 this time mileage reading was 12524 Km. and everything was in good working condition. suddenly on 02.11.2009 I noticed low engine oil indicator and immediately rush to Raj Sneh sneh Auto India Ltd. Where I contact Mr. Amit Kumar Sharma (Workshop manager), as a gentle man he deal with me very well in no time and said that photomarking has been done, low engine oil and high eng oil consumption is reported, fule adultration may be the reason and said that this report has been send to maruti now maruti people will call you within 10 days. till today (23 Feb. 2010 ) more then three months has been passed not any confirmation of warranty as my vehicle reprted at Raj sneh within warranty period at this time mileage was 15554 Km. only it is my request to higher authority of Maruti please do justice with me, rectify high oil consumption problem under warranty and prove to be true for your customers.
