[Resolved] Maruti Auto Card — Retrived the AutoCard points, not possible at Jalan Distributor, Sealdah, Kolkata branch | |
Sir/Madam, I have a Maruti Suzuki Auto Card since 06/2007. I have more than 2000 Auto points in my card. I want to retrieve the points through Jalan Distributor, Sealdah section, Kolkata but failed to do it only because of, either Jalan Distributor or Auto Card dept. didn't want to solve the problem of Auto Card points retrieval machine. Is this happened to me for about last 2 months. Every time Jalan personnel told me, we already complained to the Auto Card dept, they didn't repair it, when done we will call to back (today at 11:50 am, jalan personnel send me the same message). I also have the same problem at Jeewan Motors Pvt. Ltd. Bhopal (MP) they denied every time i went to redeem my points. i also complaint on maruti suzuki helplines. but they are helpless. where to complain??? dont know
Maruti Suzuki — Non-receipt of Auto Card
I have purchased a WagonR VXI Model on 17 February 2012 from Garuda, Sankey Road. Still today I did not receive the Auto Card. When I approach Garuda and Maruti the responses are not encouraging. Kindly look into this matter and do some remedy. Thanks...SathishKA02 MG1929
