[Resolved]  Maruti Auto Card — new card and auto points

MY auto Card No: is [protected] AND THE VALIDITY EXPIRED ON 02/2010 . THE NEW CARD IS NOT YET RECIEVED AND I AM NOT SURE WHAT HAS HAPPEND TO THE BOMUS POINTS ALREADY EARNED BY ME . I AM ALSO NOT ABLE TO INTRODUCE ONE OF MY FRIENDS TO BUY A NEW MARUTHI CAR THROUGH VOUCHER AVAILABLE WITH ME.

HOPE THE NEW FREANCHISE OF AUTO CARD NAMELY SBI WILL LOOK IN TO THE MATTER AND RESOLVE THE PROBLEM

YOUR BOTH LOCAL AUTHORISED DEALERS ARE NOT ACCEPTING MY MARUTI CARD FOR THE PAYMENTS ON ACCOUNT OF SERVICING, BATTEREY, PARTS, REPAIRING CHARGES & INSURANCE ETC. OF MY MARUTI SX4 CAR, THUS DEPRIVING ME THE BENEFIT OF OVER 6700 CREDIT POINTS, WHICH DECREASES MY INCLINATION TOWARDS MARUTI. I'M HAVING THIRD MARUTI CAR IN SUCCESSION.

WILL YOU PLEASE INSTRUCT THEM & CONFIRM TO ME FOR THE SAME IMMEDIATELY ?

and that time i also apply for auto card but after ten days of my deleviery i didnt recevied my card i ask him
they replied that we are not able to do this, i really feel bad at the time of purchase he told me to give auto card
i am also ready to pay for ur fees also
so pls do need full and tell me how to rec this card

Dear Sir,

I'm purchasing Maruti Vehicles for the past 15 years. I'm purchased Maruti Zen at that time when some vehicles were imported directly from Suzuki company. I'm still maintaining the Vehicle after that I have purchased 20 Vehicles of Maruti and also introduced my friends and relatives to buy Maruti vehicles. But unfortunately I was not been rewarded by your dealers after you Auto Card came into my hands on purchasing the Vehicle they don't load the points by telling some lame excuses, only cars India have a system of loading auto points in the card. I have sent various letters in telegrams to your company, but received no reply. I have introduced many customers and also paid lot of bills for repairs etc but no reward points have given on my card by your dealers. At the moment my auto card number is[protected] of Maruti Wagon-R Vehicle No. TN-09-AZ-8993 is in my hands. Please check and let me know where do I stand on such issues. Please reply
