[Resolved]  Maruti Car Zen Estilo Lxi — Car Insurance claim rejected without giving anything in writing

Hi,

My entire e-mail communication for the subject matter are as follows.

1) Name : Pradeep D. Nathani
2) Address: 1/7, Sawant Wadi,
a. Chirag Nagar,
b. Ghatkopar(W),
c. Mumbai – 400086.
3) Car Model: Zen Estilo Lxi
4) Vehicle Purchased from: Spectra Motors Ltd, Ghatkopar (W), Mumbai-400086.
5) Delivery Date: 5th Nov 2007

6) Period of Insurance: 30th Oct 2007 to 29th Oct 2008

7) Date & Time of Accident : 14/12/2007 10 to 12 pm at Near Residence
8) Speed of Vehicle : Parking
9) Place of Accident : Near Residence,

10) Narration of Accident : I have parked my car near my house and when I saw I found the certain dame to my car

11) On 16th Dec 2007 estimate of Rs. 15430/- was given by Spectra Motors Ltd, Ghatkopar (W).

12) They have advice me not to claim this damage in order to get 20% no claim bonus; accordingly I have not claimed the damage.

13) Period of Insurance: 30th Oct 2008 to 29th Oct 2009

14) Before renewing above policy I have approached to Spectra Motors Ltd, Ghatkopar (W) and subsequently whatever has happed are as follows.

Comments: For the subject policy I have approached at Spectra Motors, Ghatkopar (W) branch for my claim and also interacted with the Mr. Umesh and Mr. Adsule personally.

Based on my personal interaction my findings and experience are as follows.

1 During my all conversation with Mr. Umesh at Spectra Motors Ltd, Ghatkopar(w) he has tried his level best to talk negatively with me as if I am a dump person, and also a bagger.
2 Directly and indirectly telling me not to claim, I will not get claim for my car.
3 Even after repeatedly reminding that why he is talking with me totally negatively, he continue to behave in same manner.
4 I have repeatedly told him that I just have to pay the money for my car insurance and then I have to ignore the same; there is no change in their behavior.
5 I got the treatment as if I am a bagger.

Above point is just a summary looking at my long personal conversation with Mr. Umesh.

With above experience please let me know your view, reply and also let me know how can I renew my policy with you

19) After above e-mail I got a call from Shanta Kumar to reschedule my appointment with at Powai Auto Works from 1st Nov 2009 to 2nd Nov 2009 since on 1st Nov 2009 is a holiday ( Sunday ) and accordingly I have visited at Work shop on 2nd Nov 2009.
Same has been communicated to Shantakumar by following e-mail.

21) On 5th Nov 2009 to my surprise I got a call from Powai Auto Works and Mr. Sunil Mishra that my claim is reject, immediately I have sent following email to Shantakumar.

24) Till such time I was trying to contact Mr. Sunil Mishra introduced by ShantaKumar ( refer point no. 20 from above)
Since their intention was dishonest Mr. Sunil was not picking his phone and finally I do not have any option except to sent e-mail to Shantakumar who also keeping mum and started avoided me till date.

dear sir.

i am having zenestilo LX model.i purcahsed on 17 jan 2007.the car was very good and i had purchased it because it is in my budget and previosly i have maruti van...wich is very good model of your compnay..but now i am facing a prolem in starring.when mei jab carr modhta hu...its became very hard..it is very diifult situation and i afce many problems.i told this problem to my dealer(Rohan motors(Sarita Vihar-new delhi).

but i havnt got any reply from their side..
please solve my problem as sson as possible.please reply
