[Resolved]  Maruti Service Master — Poor service by Maruti Service Master

Hi,

I am one of the proud owner for Maruti car and when I was searching for a good center for service, i heard the name "Maruti Service Master (MSM Service)" is the best in the market. And i had give my vehicle for service for the fist time, they did really a good job with a reasonable price..

And am satisfied with the service and continued giving it for the frequent services, and here comes the problem..

MSM does the job well, if its a new customer and it comes for the first time, but if we go regularly, then they don't do it properly and they over charge the bill, and for some parts they will just charge the bill for the part which has not been replaced.

I have verified the same with an another authorized service center with proof, so the proud Maruti Owners, please stay away from MSM (Maruti Service Masters), they are the big cheaters on servicing.

Just wanted to share what I had faced.
