[Resolved] Maruti Suzuki — Indifferent attitude of Territory sales incharge (Maruti) | |
I have booked Swift Dzire Lxi in Chennai with one of the dealers in April 09 and i was told that the delivery might take 3 to 6 months. Since then i have been following with the dealer for the status of the delivery and the dealer was responding quite good. When i met the dealers' representative in the showroom on the need of the car as i met with an accident in Decenber last and my cervical spine got fractured.The doctor had adviced me to travel by car as there should not be any jerks to my neck.I was told to give a representation to Maruti which i gave also through the dealer. Meanwhile i wanted to talk directly to Maruti to convey my situation for getting the car, so i called Local chennai office.I was told that the concerned person who is a territory incharge would contact me. But i was not contacted by him even after my frequent calls to the local office. Then through some source i finally got his mobile number and contacted him and explained my situation but he was not at all listening me but asked me how did i get his mobile number rather than hearing my request and try to help me out. He disconnected my call and after that he was not reachable This explains his attitude and instead of hearing the customers' request he disconnected the phone and only trying to know how did i get his number. Iam surprised on this attitude and being a largest car manufacturer with ads showing a child showing direction in a snow filled mountain that there is a service center on the hill top.
