[Resolved] Maruti Suzuki - Swift Dzire — Bad service, Damages the vehicle | |
Dear Sir/Mam, I purchased a car from maruti dealer Mandovi Motors in bangalore on 21st Oct'09. My car met with accident on 18th of Nov'09. Immediately the car was given to Mandovi service center to fix the problem & they agreed to deliver the vehicle within a week. But they called me after 3 weeks to take the vehicle, to my surprice the vehicle was repaired in worst possible way. They told me the reason that this cannot be repaired better than this & the insurance guy does not allow us to change the door. But I got the insurance from Maruti Insurance. They assured again that correct the problem by one more weeks time. I went & check after month that is 0n 19th Dec'09, the vehicle was no better than before. Earlier there was a damage only to rear dorr, now they have damaged the left Fender, scratched both bumpers while handling. I really do not know what to do, its been a month and still the car is not repaired. How can i lodge a compleint against this Mondovi Motors, what are the legal procedures? Request you to suggest.
