[Resolved]  Maruti swift dzire zxi — Vehicle booked but not yet delivered

Dear Sir,
I was very happy and anxious when i booked my Swift Dzire Zxi in Dec 09 as i strongly felt that i am going to be a part of INDIA's leading car maker MUL instead of being a member of the Hyundai family for past several years.
However after waiting for three months i am yet to receive any confirmation regarding firm delivery schedule from my dealer M/s Premsons Motors, Ranchi (CSD Dealer).
I only want to bring to the notice of MUL management that ZERO response from them to address the concerns of their faithful customer would be detrimental to their long term business prospects... Any how if this is MUTUAL understanding between MUL and various other car manufacturers as a part of BUSINESS PROMOTION or BUSINESS STRATEGY then it must be explained to the customers....One dissatisfied customer can produce another hundred likeminded people and in this country where DEMAND exceeds SUPPLY, MUL should lead the way and prove its true potential by treating ITS CUSTOMER AS A KING and NOT BEHAVING LIKE A KING who is deaf and blind too......This may affect the company propects in their long term policies......I sincerely request MUL management to let me know when would it be possible for me to receive my vehicle.
