To, The Regional Head/Customer relation Manager/ Head Consumer Cell/ Marketing Head, Maruti Swift India Limited Date[protected] Sir/Madam, Sub- Complaint against Maruti SUZUKI and Dealer I had booked a car- Maruti Swift VDI on[protected]Receipt No.- 45397, paid advance in cash 10,000). I was promised to deliver the car within 6 months of booking. We visited the showroom and the Manager Mr Babu E.T, area sales manager, contact no:[protected] (Main office in Thata complex, Talap, Kannur contact no: 2705037, 2769248) informed that they do not have any stock still we need to wait for 2-3 months. Customers who booked later got their car delivered earlier than the date promised to us. I kindly request you to take immediate in this case. I request you to kindly answer me on the following points:- - I request you to kindly clarify whether Maruti can fulfil my demand of the said car. If yes please specify the date till when, If no let me know so that I can cancel my booking. - Why Maruti is involving dealers to take booking which encourages black marketing .
