I fully agree with this comment. No service engineer in this dealer stays for more than 2 or 3 months. I have personally seen this for many a times. My dear customer colleagues, if you go to MY CAR dealer you will car will not be yours . The car will be the dealer. Never approach this dealer for sales or even servicing. When I have taken my car once, he said that the Clutch is totally spoiled and he said that the charges will be approximately 5 thousands. But when I have taken the car in the same condition to Sai service, they did not find any problems. So never approach MY CAR for any thing. I donot know how Maruti has appointed this party as their dealer. They are looters.They want to cheat the public. So beware of MY CAR.

One of the worst car service and dealer in Pune. Due to some political stuff he is surviving. The service is so bad. They charged me 8600 rupees for the work. I had asked for shampooing of the carpets actually they dont know whats that and they charged me 450 rupees for the same and they didnt even vaccumed the carpet and delivered the same. The attitude is worst than a road side mechanic. Infact the roadside mechanic is much better than these people.
I booked Zen Estilo in month of July from MyCar Pune. The new version of the car has come in august. I was promised delivery on 28Sep, but is delayed to 17 Oct. I paid 90% of amount. They are horribly unprofessional. Any given time they don’t have colours to shows, The demo colours they show do not match to the actual colours of cars. There is no follow up or updates. They only called me till they did not receive the money. They take customers for ride. I don’t recommend MyCar Pune

I do agree with all the comments passed by the car lovers.
I went through reference to My Car (Pune) Pvt. Ltd. to book a brand new Maruti Suzuki - A Star (VXI). I booked the model of Desert Brown colour on 29.10.2009. While booking the car, it was promised by the Lady Sales Executive to me a cash discount of Rs. 10, 000 /- & accessaries like stering cover, matting, filming, reverse horn, teflon coating, perfume, etc. So I issued the cheque of the booking amount & down payment immediately & asked for the delivey on 05.11.2009. They agreed initially, but one day before the delivery they told me that car of the colour is a damaged one and also the cash discount is reduced from Rs. 10000 to Rs. 5000 (which was not highlighted earlier). Also, till date I haven't got the number plate of my car. They are totally unprofessionals. There are no updates from their end. If such is the case from the sales department then how horrible will be their service. I strongly do not recommend MY Car for the people who really want to purchase a car from their own hard earned money.

I also agree on that. While booking I was told that Blue colour for Ritz is available. However after booking and by the time the loan was finalised(4-5 days), I am told that the colur is out of stock and not sure when it will be dispatched by Maruti and your order is pending.

Adding to previous comment, I was told that my car is done with all the agreed coating package, however engine waxing was not done at all and was given false answers that it was done. Also not sure if the coating inside the panels for windows was done because the same was not shown to me as the dealer said that the car has to go to workshop for the same. Overall it was a unprofessional and bad experience. Would not recommend the dealer at all. I found Chowgule much better. Again its my personal opinion. You may check and decide.
