[Resolved]  Maruti WagonR Vxi — Cheated by Maruti by giving defective car

Dear All

Maruti has cheated, by giving the old car at the price of new car, and the maruti persons said that there is no guarantee in maruti after we sell the car, all headache is of customer only.

1) On 1st of October 2008 I have purchased the New WagonR from Magic Auto Dwarka
2) At the time of booking the sales person has told me to have your favorite numbers for the vehicle, but at the time of delivery he denies for that.
3) At the time of booking the sales person said for favourite seat covers, but at the time of delivery he has taken the charges of the seat covers.
Only After 20 days of purchasing my car, it starts getting the problem in starting the car in morning, and the reverse gair was not working properly, for that I have gone to the Magic Auto service centre for the servicing of My car for the first service at there Mayapuri Service station on 25th of October 2008.
I have told to the service advisor Mr.Sumit Mehta that it is creating the problem in starting my car when I will start after 3-4 days, if I use the car daily, it doesn’t have the problem, Please have a look on it.
The second problem was in the reverse gear, it is creating the problem.
One more point very surprising that the service peoples are taking 1000/- Rs for changing the oil I the car, and using the unbranded oil and who has no seal or brand, when I asked to sumit for this, he replies that mauti gives the big drum of oil, we cant do any thing in it.
At the time of deleivery, I asked to sumit that what was the problem in my car, he does not give me the satisfactory answer, he told me that I have scanned the complete car and soughted out the problem and now it is ok, and will not create any problem, also he have give the same answer for the reverse gear. After 5 hours he handover my car and says that I have scan the complete car and now it is ok, I asked several times to sumit that what was the problem in my car, he said that I have scanned the complete car and now it will not create the problem.
But after running the car only 15 km, when I parked my car into to Janak Puri market, and try to start it, it doesn’t start, its immobliser signal was blinking, it was creating the same problem and the reverse gear was also as earlier same, creating problem in having it.
Instead of removing the problem, the service peoples have make it huge, the problem of starting which was coming in the starting of my car after 4-5 days now it is coming in every time of starting the car.
I have wasted my complete holiday in it, this was a really very poor experience in visiting magic auto.
When I get complete hesitated in the starting of car, I called to magic auto service centre to speak to the concern person, after holding 15 minutes sumit comes on line and said that within half and hour our mechanic comes to your house and look for the problem, I was waiting like a fool and nobody comes to my house for looking for the problem, even now it is morning and the weekend, I have to go to various place but due to this bad experience I am sitting to my home and spoiling my holidays.

After calling again to the service centre, they send one mechanic to my house at 11AM next day, he checked the car and says that the problem is in center locking and not in car, and went back to his service centre, I complaint to the center locking service centre and there executive comes to my house at 2PM, and after checking the complete system he told me that center locking is perfect and It does not have any problem, the problem is in car and not in the center locking, I again called to the Magic service center and after half an hour the Mechanic comes to my house, the Center locking Mechanic says that show me the problem in center locking but the Magic Auto mechanic doesn’t have any answer because the center locking was perfect.

Magic’s Mechanic try to start the car, but it doesn’t start, and he said that he have to take this car to the service centre for the servicing, I simply refused to give the car and told him that why should I give my car to you, although it is serviced just 1 day back, what you check at the time of servicing only the washing of the car.
The second day has also spoiled and still I am sitting as the ideat, and still the car is having the same problem..

As till now only the 24 days car was in working condition, and 35 days in non working condition and you are saying that the problem was rectified.
I am following maruti persons from last 1 months, but still no body has approached to me, is this the service maruti says that No 1 in customer satisfaction from last 7 years.
From the 21st october i ma travelling through taxi, because car is not in the working condition.

WagonR VXI — Irresponsible servicing

I have purchased the Maruti Wagon R VXI on the 01st October 2008 from the Magic Auto Showroom (Dwarka), this is the biggest mistake I have done in my life.
I got the bunch of hesitation from the showroom persons, a really very bad experience.

One thing I noticed in the magic service centre that they are charging the 1000/- Rs. For the oil change, but I saw that they are using the unbranded oil, which is not sealed, I asked this to summit that why re you using this local oil in my car, he replies that this is not the local oil, the big drum of oil comes from the maruti, and that oil we put into the small containers, is it possible, let me know.

Its so poor service from Maruti. Wagon R is a good car, may be some wrong settings done by the mechanics is causing this. They employ people who do not know anything other than fast driving.
I suggest you approach the consumer court to get things sorted out.
