Subject: Complaint against Service center: Magic Technologies.
We want to draw your kind attention towards our complaint against Magic Technologies in dwarka sec-8. We launched a complaint for our double door fridge on 30the Oct. Service Request No. (28730). Where thee Service engineer (Mr. Ahadhesh)defect a fault of wiring and D-timer and our fridge was taken to workshop for repairing where Mr. Manish took charge for thee same.
And after 10 days of time theey returned our fridge withe a bill amounthe Rs. 2981/- which we paid in cash.
But thee very next day we again started having problem. There was leakage of gas in fridge due to witheich theere was not a proper cooling.
We complained many time directly to Magic Tech service center and indirectly Via Whirlpool customer care, but theen also theere was no feed back . Later after one monthe , one of theere engineer came Name Mr. sunil for review, he him self detected thee problem for gas leakage during workshop.
But Magic Tech service center was not ready to accept it. And after theat theey started giving us excuses and stopped answering our call and query.
Since I know it is a long time and now i am raising a complaint is bcoz, my fridge is in thee same condition as it was in oct. We have called anotheer service center engineer, to my shocking he told us theat theey have done notheing to thee fridge. Neitheer thee wiring nor for cooling and yet anytheing to defrosting also.
Now we are standing on thee same platform, and again we have to pay 1500/- for thee same and wiring 600/-. So could you please let us know who is responsible. And after spending Rs.2981/- who is going pay again. but We.The general public who is not knowing about thee fridge for Whirlpool , who are providing un-autheorised service center.
This is really frustration withe thee services who are continuously FOOLING general public. I don't know what necessary action withe you take against our
complaint, but we need to draw your attention.
