Max New York — Not received my policy document

dear all,
i was first missold the policy by a sales manager and later the WK itself was not dispatched to my address,
on top of that i continue to get calls from the local MYNL office to pay my renewal premiums, when i inform that i have not rec my WK they hang the phone,
there is no effort to help a cleint is already cheated by the max new york offcials.

I had taken this policy in November 2008. About 3 months elapsed, I have not yet received the policy document. I have been communicating over telephone with Max customer care and the Insurance Planner stationed at Dimapur but they have not yet given me any definitive answer as to where my policy document is and how do I get hold of it.An early action is solicited to send the Policy documents so that I can get the Policy documents at the earliest. Further I am to state that according to Insurance referral offer I have purchased articles worth 100 PV and Insurance within 60 days of joining the Amway Business as an Amway Business Owner. A gift i.e. TMEX 'HIS & HER" WATCH set at Re.1/- But unfortunately the said gift has also not been received by me. The same may kindly be arranged to send at the earliest. I shall be highly thankful if would kindly do the needful at an early date.

I had taken this policy in Feb 09. About 3 months passed. I have not yet received the policy document. I have been communicating over telephone with Max customer care and the your Insurance Partnar (Barclays) Panipat. but they have not yet given me any definitive answer as to where my policy document is and how do I get hold of it.but 5-june-09. policy recvied me now i wanted cancal the police 08-june-09 i cancal letter in your panipat office but no cancal my offer, i have courier name TCI, REF NAME[protected], Courier no[protected].Are there any suggestions as to how i should proceed ahead?? I have already talk to a lawyer friend and soon going to launch a consumer court complaint regarding the same. I only hope to resolve this issue as quickly and as quietly as possible.
