[Resolved]  Max New York Life — Even the payment is done it is not posted for a long time

Dear Sir

I am facing continious problem with the Max New york Life Insurance Company
1st they are not providing me the executive for collection of Cheque after commitment of sending there collection executive.
2nd I face the same problem from last 2 premium payment as they are not providing me the executive for the cheque collection so i made the payment through net banking. From my account the money is deducted but not posted even after a month after asking for the same they told that they had not recieved any payment after clarification done from Axis Bank after providing the details they required that too i had given they are not contacting the bank. After that they are saying that they recieved the payment but miss the posting of my amount. Then also after 2 to 3 days they updated the same in there system.
This time too i am facing the same problem after payment i recieved the mail from there server that they recieved the payment with all transection details but still after 2 days they have not updated in there system then who will be in loss no one else then me as they already deducted my money from my account & holding my money in there account who we pay interest for 2 days they are getting the profit for this.

So i request all the customer to close there policies from Max new your as there NAV remains same even though the markets goes up & the customer care is just to pass there time & get there salary for sitting Ideal.
This is the mail i recieved from there side as the payment is done then also it is not reflecting in my account.

Dear Customer,

We confirm receipt of your payment. However please note for that the process takes 48 hours time to generate the premium receipts.
I am a policy holder and want to login customer portal but there is no response of website in this regard. What is the procedure for login.
