I have a Maxx mobile model MX475 the dealer told me that WAP facility is available in the phone but when I ask for GPRS service to Rworld the customer care told that this mobile is not valid for GPRS in our Reliance GPRS valid mobile list. so kindly tell me what to do for activate GPRS in my mobile.
