It is brought to the notice of the authority that the unauthorized construction is going on at khasra no. 52/2 in village Pehlad Pur Banger Delhi-110042 near Ambedkar park in the shape of Oil factory by Mr. Dvender Kaushik S/o Sh. Chander Bhan Kaushik. This unauthorized construction is in progress on about[protected] sq. yard (approximately). And the construction on ground floor ,first floor and 2nd floor have completed without any sanctioned plan /approval from the competent authority but no action /efforts done by any department neither by Police nor by M.C.D to stop this unauthorized construction. Factory owner, Mr. Devender Kaushik also laid a sewer line in front of his factory and constructed the same at his own while that street/road is a government land and only government agency is applicable to laid any sewer line/water line or prior approval of govt. concerned agency required to perform/laid sewer line and water line but Mr. kaushik done the same without taking any prior approval from any agency. During laying of sewer line objection was raised by the villagers and a FIR was registered against factory owner (Mr. Devender Kaushik) in Shahbad Dairy Police Station and as a punishment he had to stayed in jail for three days. Besides registering the FIR Police done nothing because father of Mr. Devender Kaushik is a retired Halwadar of Police Department.Mr. Devender Kaushik have excavated 2-3 big wells for placing oil which may be harmful for nearby resident in case of fire. I also made a complaint in Rohini zone control room in month of February 2012 on Tel. no.[protected] for this unauthorized construction. A demolition squad has also visited the site but they went back after taking bribe from Mr. Devender Kaushik. It’s prove that both M.C.D and Police authorities are well aware about this unauthorized construction which is still going on. I also send a e-mail to Deputy commissioner of M.C.D, Rohini Zone and to Superintending Engineer Bldg. H.Q M.C.D on 17th April 2012 (copy enclosed). But all my effort to stop this unauthorized construction is going to be wasted because this U/C is still going on without any fear.
It is also interested to know that this u/c comes on the way of Police station Shahbad Dairy but no Police man ever tried to stop this U/C. But if any poor man construct his house both Police and M.C.D reached their to stop that construction as all these acts D.M.C act and I.P.S act are made only for poor peoples.
I humbly request you to for the save of the life of residents of village Pehlad Pur Banger and to save the environment and earth please instruct/order concerned staff to take action against this unauthorized construction as per Delhi Municipal Corporation act .
With these words that my efforts will continue till action will take place. And I am not telling my complete identity because of my safety.

pkj ltd. — encroachment

In D Block of Ram dutt encalve at east uttam nagar, the residents are encroaching so much lands in front of their houses by enhancing their pavements and keeping plants in such a way that it covers enough space in street. And thereby it makes trouble for passerby, vehicles and nuisance in terms of paucity of parking space. Though MCD officials knows that this is offence under MCD Act. Still no action is taken so far.
You are requested to please expedite the action and help to not letting court to be burdened with another consumer complaint.

Sir,
The roads in BAKOLI village of Narela Zone of MCD which connects to GTRoad and approaching roads therefrom have badly damaged and have not been repaired since last 15 years.It has now been very difficult to enter or exit the village by any mode of conveyance.No action is being taken by MCD and NHAI(for service road along GT road).

I am submitting few following lines for your information & necessary action.
I am journalist, So, I was going for news coverage, Then I was surprised & shocked to see that unauthorized activities, which was found in Sector-15,
Then I contacted to the local residents of this area for knowing actual facts. Then I was informed by local residents, that, Area Corporate has also approached many times for stopping these activities, But, he is ignoring these activities continually, because, he is also indulged with Engineers of this Zone & police deptt. All’s are getting share regularly from these shop keepers & goondas elements, who are giving protection to these activities. This is an open violation of law & order through these activities in the capital of India.
They have also got/collect information through vide letter No D/EE(M-RZ-I)/989 dt.09/12/2011. That letter was signed by EE(M-RZ-I) & A.E-I. Forwarding letter of this R.T.I. has been signed by Supdtt.Engineer Rohani Zone on 12/12/2011. They have admitted/accepted but feeling incompetent to take legal action. In this regard, one letter has already written to Hon’ble Commissioner M.C.D.by Mr.V.K.Gupta, H.No 66, Poket-6, Sector-24, Rohani Zone. No action was taken by M.C.D./ Police to till date. So you are requested again to intervene immediately to remove this illegal laundry/ encroachment on this roads & footpaths of Sector-15, Rohani Zone.
I hope you will take an early action against this illegal activities & also arrange to punish corrupt staff of this Zone for giving protection to illegal activities.

Subject: Urgent Attention needed “To develop Parking lots on different location and make Signal Free Passing of Traffic in the Area”

Dear Sir/Madam,
We on behalf of Karol Bagh Traders Federation Regd. which is the apex body of 32 Trade Associations representing more than 50, 000 Traders of this area wish to state as fallow. It is known to one and all that Karol Bagh is Historically Commercial Market which have been the Commercial Hub of Delhi, since more than 50 years, It may be clarified & we insist, On behalf of all the Commercial Occupants of this area not to have any IOTA of doubt about the “Parking Space for 10, 000 vehicles.” in the area.
Sir, in Karol Bagh, Ajmal Khan Market which is about 2 Km in Length surrounded by many other markets like, Gaffar Market, Shoe Market, Jewelers Market, Spare Part Market, Handloom Market, Rexene/Leather Market, Car-Sale Purchase Market, Sanitary Market, Hotel Industry, Tank Road for Garment Market and others has an urgent need to resolve the current “Parking Problem” in the area.
Practical Problem: Sir, one can often encounter people in the streets having a combat over parking space and shouting abuses at each other because one person happened to park his vehicle at a place which is supposedly reserved for the other person. A bit of observation on Delhi street brawls will bring to light the fact that more than half of arguments on the streets owe their origin to parking problems.

Our Complaint: The Traders in Karol Bagh had paid heavy Parking charges in lacks and also paying conversion charges every year but the authorities has fail to provide sufficient infrastructure/parking to the traders. We have no parking lots/space in the area also suffering from traffic jam. Kindly intervene in the matter as we have paid parking charges and paying conversion charges every year, so please direct the authorities if the facility will not provided to us until such time no conversion charges in future and also direct to look into the matter seriously and do the below changes in public interest.

Humble Plea: Kindly build parking lots on different location and also make signal free passing of traffic in public interest.

Suggested action: We suggest you to handover a few parking sites with immediate affect so that it can be used to park the vehicles which will help to reduce the traffic in the area.
Suggested action: Removal o[censored]nauthorized encroachments and vendors/hawkers from parking spaces inadequate parking space for vehicles.

Suggested action: Every parking lots should have food court for the drivers and staff and the balance space could be leased/rented to private players to generate revenue & to rehabilitate traders/hawkers.

Suggested action: We suggest to build more & more car parking sites with modern technique i.e. Underground, Stack Parking or Multilevel Parking.

Suggested action: To finalize the priority list for implementation and to set deadlines for monitoring by a high level committee.

Suggested action: it is important that parking project are made and implemented in these areas. The government should make a priority list of these areas and complete the plan and its implementation immediately.

Suggested action: We suggest giving active participation to the associations in the area which can help to regulate the traffic problem and the parking problem on PPP basis.

Development of Parking Facility: It play’s major role to facilitate the area and without it, it is not possible to redevelop the area. Sir, parking in the area is an urgent need and to build the infrastructure for it will take a long process but many precautionary steps can be taken to least the problem.

Now we suggest you to build Multilevel/Underground Parking lot at the following place with immediate effect.

1.Sastri Park purposed site for Multilevel Parking by MCD at Padam Singh Road pending from last 20 years.
2.MCD School at Bank Street which is lying vacant from more than 2 decade can be used as parking site.
3.MCD School Opposite Satbrawan School on Padam Singh Road for Underground Parking.
4.Ground/Park of Sat-Nagar Cremation Ground for Multistory/Underground Parking.
5.MCD School on Arya Samaj Road near Ganda Nala for Underground Parking.
6.Underground Parking at MCD Office, Baba Phool Singh Gurudwara in Rajinder Nagar backside Metrorail.
7.Ajmal khan Park for Underground Parking.
8.Prasad Nagar near San’t Mark School adjoining Park/Ground for Multilevel Parking for Tank Road Market.
9.Faith Academy School ground for underground parking.

Traffic Jam: To avoid this unavoidable jam in the area we have to think more wider and to make a network of Fly over, bridges and underpass on the main connected Road in the area for smooth signal free passing of traffic. So we suggest that to build Flyovers, underpass and bridges at the following points.

a.On the Crossing/T point of Saroi Rohilla at Anand Parvat.
b.To build signal free Crossing at Liberty Cinema T point
c.To build underpass on main Pusa Road on Metro Station to cross the Road.
d.To build signal free crossing at Hanuman Murti (circle) on link Road for smooth flow of traffic.
e.To build signal free crossing at Siddharth Hotel (circle)on Patel Chock for smooth flow of traffic.
f.To build signal free crossing near Videocon Tower (circle) on link Road connected to pachkuian Road for smooth flow of traffic.
g.To build signal free crossing near Jhandewalan Mandir (circle) connected to Paharganj/CP for smooth flow of traffic.

We also want to inform you that the traders in the area are paying conversion charges from many years and also have paid heavy parking charges in lacks, but till now no infrastructure and parking lot was built which is an urgent need of the area. So once again we request your good-self to intervene in the matter and give us some of your valuable time for personal hearing in this regard.

A residential hut cum tea shop has come up on one corner of DDA shoping centre of GH-13 DDA pocket in Paschim Vihar ND-87. This encroachment is between DDA shoping centre and DDA park adjoining GH-14, on the corner of GH-13 park near AMBIKA Vihar.
It has become public nuisance and hygiene danger . Day by day encroachar is expanding it further and dirtying the entire area around . Many bad elements remain squatting near the hut on the the 60 ft. SHAH INTERNATIONL school KANSHI RAM SHAH road . Women safety is being compromised.

The gates of the park between G89 and F1 Ashok vihar (Ph 1) are not locked. As a result of this the park is being used by dogs for defecation, dumping of malba, storage place by tentwallas, grazing ground for animals and by antisocial elements.This destroys the greenery of the park, which is against the orders of the Honorable Supreme Court. I am a senior citizen of 81 yrs age residing in D-108, Jeevan Niketan (LIC Colony), Paschim Vihar, New Delhi - 87. One builder Rajesh Gupta, Mobile No. [protected] (Santosh Buildwell Pvt Ltd, C-2/3, Mianwali Nagar, Near Peera Garhi, New Delhi - 87 is constructing a 5 storey building in the plot adjoining my plot, D- 107 in Jeevan Niketan ( LIC Coloy, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi - 87.

The construction of the building started in March 2012 and by Sept 2012 all floor slabs were cast . At this point of time, we noticed a hairline diagonally shearing crack in the kitchen wall of our house, perpendicular to the length of the house.Over the next few months crack has grown to a width of more than 3-5 mm which is threatening the safety of my house and family. According to the structural Engineering experts, the cracks have occurred due to excessive differential settlement of the foundation of the said 5 storied building being built, which is possibly not adequately designed . It is also believed that no soil testing was done by the owners or builder before undertaking construction.

The safety of my house is greatly compromised and mine and my family's life is in danger . Complaint to your office under Ref No. G - [protected] and to Dy Commissioner, MCD, Rohini Zone Vide letter receipt Dt 27/05/2013 seems to have been ignored so far by the concerned authorities. The matter is very serious and administration will be responsible if anything untoward happens in days to come .

Kindly take exemplary punishable action and adequately compensate loss to my house . I suggest a time bound enquiry be instituted in the matter . Copy of my above letters are enclosed for reference .

what is the use of giving suggesstions when no body takes action so many complaints lodged but til date NOT ON EVEN ONE action has been taken so no use sheer wastage of time just to read others complaints thats all
sir, We the resident / people of aforesaid locality are bring to your kind notice that there is an unauthorised construction is going the roof of fourth floor, house no -6, road no -20, East punjabi bagh, new Delhi -110028 . This construction is illegal and is dangerous to the building and to the residents. After our repeated requests the owner of fourth floor Mr Raj bindra has not stopped the construction. Whereas the roof is common property of all owners.
SO, please your good -self is requested to order the demolish unauthorised construction and take action against him .

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that a lot of garbage is lying in Block E-1, Pocket 9, Sector 15, Rohini. Lot of complaints for the removal of the same have been given to sanitary inspector verbally but no action taken. I think the action would be taken when lot of Dengu fever will spread in the area. Will you depute some one to look in the area and take necessary action.

1. a house built on 250 sq yds plot in 1955-56 by my father in law at Kirti Nagar new Delhi -15, Occupancy certificate is dated[protected] . No registry & freehold . documents traceable despite all efforts .

2. Which area SDM office should I contact for getting duplicate documents issued .?

3.Being above 6o yrs old the house requires renovation / reconstruction which is not possible in the absences of documents .
