[Resolved]  MCD Shahdra South Zone — Illegal Construction without MCD's Permission

Sir,

I am the resident of D-64 Street No 2, Lakshmi Nagar, Delhi 110 092 (Behind Shipra Hotel). In our lane, construction work of multi-storeyed building of about 5 floors (including ground for parking) is being carried out by builder M/s Durga Properties. They have not yet taken any permission either from MCD or BSES or Delhi Fire Service for the above construction site.

There is an electrical pole encroaching in the building. Any mishappening may cause damage to labourers or the life of the people living there. He has not left any portion even for the balcony. Because of this, the street has become very conjusted and there is no space for parking any vehicle of other residents residing in the street. If any mishappening or any natural calamity occur, even there is no provision for entering the rescue team to the site. This needs serious attention of MCD Authorities and request you to take immediate action.

This request is being made on behalf of other residents and on my own behalf and oblige to take immediate action at your end.

Subject: Reminder for demolishing o[censored]nauthorized illegal construction in Flat no 195 B to 195 D Pocket-B Mayur vihar Phase-2 Delhi-91

Sir,

This is to bring under your kind notice that the unauthorized Construction is going on in Flat no-195B to 195D Pocket-B Mayur vihar Phase-2 Delhi-91

My complaint no 944 dated[protected] dated[protected] Complaint No.994 and zone complaint No.2523 but still is not demolishing spaces in front, roof and shaft in 195B to195D Mayur vihar, phase-2 Delhi-91.

They have covered all the open spaces in front, roof and shaft with RCC lenter and brick walls.

You are therefore requested to please take immediate action against them because the building is not in a condition to bear that extra load, and the cracks have come.

UNAUTHORISED CONSTRUCTION AT 4th FLOOR IN PROPERTY NO 274, GURU RAM DASS NAGAR, LAKSHMI NAGAR. by sh. R.K.Singh.
This is to state that I, Indra Rani w/o Subhash Chander is owner of Ground floor of property 274 Guru Ram Dass Nagar, Lakshmi Nagar. The other 3 floors are in possession of other independent parties with common roof right.
R.K.Singh resident of 3rd floor of this building has constructed one room and bathroom at 4th floor without taking the permission from your honour whereas roof right is common and moreover, the building is in dangerous position. It may collapse at any time due to extra load on the balconies on both sides about 35-40 feets high walls from 1st floor to 3rd floor. This building is L type building and has already leaned one feet on the street side. Even the electricity pole has also been leaned on the street side.
Surprisingly to note that on one hand this building was required by MCD team to remove extra load on the balconies, but on the other hand instead of removing extra load, Mr. R. Singh has put more load by constructing one room and bathroom at 4th floor with the help of some MCD officials.
I would also like to inform you that Lalita Park case should not be reapeated again and to avoid loss of lives of other residents and tress passers. I would also request the Hon'ble Authority to look into the matter urgently and take appropriate remedial action by removing extra load put by Mr. R. K. Singh on 4th floor of this building as well as by removing high walls on the balconies in the interest of public at large.
