Hi All,
Its the same case with me. I had booked a flat in April 2008 by paying a advance of 2 Lacs. After 3 months of having a dream to own my own home, was literally shattered into pieces to know that this is a fake projcet and the money is lost. I am right now in the process of a Court litigation oh Muniraj & running behind the schedules of the court for last2 years.
Let me know if there is a discussion happening currently over the same by any forum so that i can be a part of this as well.

This information is for those who are planning to buy an apartment and considering Lake Vihar II as one of the option. Before finalizing on your apartment in lake vihar II first please go through my experience with this builder MLDC (currently it is known as JCC builders).
In March 2008, MLDC (Manjunath Land Developer & Construction) had given a marketing rights to Orange Properties for their Lake Vihar II project located at "Lake Vihar 2 Apartment, T.C. Palya Main Road, K. R. Puram, Bangalore - 560036". I came to know about this project from FM Radio. MLDC was offering Flats @1875 per sq. ft. In his plan he has promised to give Club house, Swimming pool and Kids playing area. Offer was really attractive. So I opted for one. He has promised to complete this project and handover the possession by April, 2009. Like me there were other buyers also who fell in his trap and paid Rs 2 Lakh towards booking amount.
I was trapped with MLDC + Orange properties maya Jal, I had filed case against Muniraju (MD) of MLDC and JCC for cheque bounce case the amount he taken from me and more customer for booking flat which he failed.
they are many victims who fallen prey to MLDC please can check more facts against Muniraju and his companies in below link

we request members of CREDAI to take action against this builder and black list him so that one should suffer like us. Please check below link.

I have complete confident on our judiciary as its taking long time for judgement as Cops take this person in to custody when they receive copy of NBW. As till date multiple NBW issued but he is not in police custody.

Has anyone filed a case against MLDC and won it yet ? Please furnish the details as I am planning to go ahead with Legal route against MLDC.

I had filed a case against him and also had spoken to then the commissioner there .
I had won the case after 4 years of fighting against him and the court had issued a non bailable warrant against the owner Mr Muniraju
the only issue is the polics could never find him- inspite of his office being right oppositie to the Police station

Hi Guys, please find the number of Muniraju - [protected], he is currently in ramurthynagar, few days he had absconded and now available at home, he is a cheat and currently looking to get a seat in Congress party for corporator position in Ramurtynagar. teach him a lesson

If anyone knows whether these are the same people who have cheated so many.How do they look like. Please let me know. I will be saved. I will also join you guys fighting against these cheaters
Lake view is a property for which association been made and controlled by the residents, instead of just blaming public who as doubt need to check reality, it's a completed property difference can be sorted out when communication is made, just writing will never settled any issues, MLDC is a good responsible owner he his built and handover the property to the owners, if he has taken loans, he will be paying the same nobody can be above law. he his settling issues for which mistakes had happened through marketing agencies. projects of his is not one or two he has completed and handed over the properties to the original owners no cheating.

I realize these posts go back to a few years however after almost 10 years I want to investigate this further on behalf of my late father who passed away due to mental trauma dealing with Muniraj to get his money back - approx 12 lakh rupees was lost. If anyone is still fighting this case against the builder please contact me.
