[Resolved] Medicines — Delay in services | |||
It is intimated that I had booked some medicines for my mother through speed post vide Article Number : EE[protected]IN dated 02 May 11. On tracking the said consignment through the local Speed post center, it was learnt that the article was lying with the department and not been sent till 05 May 11 due to shortage of man power. The medicines were meant for the treatment of my aged mother. This is the state of the Govt. department which is been given pay and emoluments as per central pay commission and is given 60 days "Productivity Bonus"? Do they deserve it? Medicines — HAd to buy entire leaf
I wanted to complain about the medicine shops in pune who dont sell loose medicines from the slip like 4 or5 tablets they force you to buy entire leaf even if if the doctor has prescribed for only 4 or 5 tablets. I have seen the same being practised in big shops like CRS and medipoint hospital. It becomes too expensive and you are left with no choice.Medicines — No information online..terribly service
I donot know what nonsense service does the EMS Speedpost provide.This is horrible...I have send some medicines to my sister(which is extremely important) in Manipal on the 5th of sept from guwahati but till now it has not been received.I have checked to track the item online...but it says information not available, please try again later...can anyone tell me when this later will actually come into existence
Medicines — Delay in delivery
My father send me some medicines which was very urgent, they have sent the courier on 25th April 2009 from Nagpur to Thane, i have not received that till now and i have called them but response of responsible person was not good. He talked very rudely. Last time also same problem arise. The service is very poor.Medicines — HIGH PRICES OF MEDICINES
Major antibiotics are giving hefty bonuses and free units to chemists, drs. and hospitals/nursing homes. Why govt is not taking any action and pass the benefit to the patients??I have complained to NPPA also but there were no takers for it.

Medicines — Purchase of medicines from your outlet at Mulund west on N S road
I having read/seen your ad "BACHAT MERA ADHIKAAR! SUBHIKSHA MERA ABHIMAAN" ventured into buying medicines from your outlet at Mulund west (N S Road). I had initially on two earlier occasions sent my son for purchasing medicines. However on third occasion he was reluctant to go contending that the salesman tells him that the medicines requested are not available in the store.I, having read in your website about R Subramanian chain of retail outlets ventured into buying/seeing myself about my son's compliant. Well i had the misfortune of facing your salesman Mr Prashant who upon my enquiring about the first three items in the list told me one after the other that they are not available. Thereafter i showed him the list and asked him which medicines out of these are available. Without looking into the list he conveyed that none of the medicines in my list were available.
Thereafter i went to the back office where the person again told me without looking into the list that the medicines are not available. Upon which i told him that having opened the medical outlet basic medicines should be made available. He asked me to leave the list and come back after two days & handed over the list to prashant. Mr Prashant noted the medicines & asked my Name, Tel No. & impolitely told to me to revert back after three days. I was also not given the local contact tel nos of Subhiksha & was directed to your office located somewhere near Ruia College, Matunga.
Well this is all for your claim of "ABHIMAAN". If the trend continues i will not be surprised if this retail chain will be one of the fastest to close down by carrying on wonderful sales staff like Prashant & Co.
