Medical Coders do not join MedTek Ameerpet because they at the time of joining say that they will take into production, but they not even provide assistance also. All they need is only money. The mentor also does not teach well. Please do not join MedTek.

becuase I worked there for 4 years and have made good money, may be becuase of my work and loyalty. I joined as an OJT and had to leave them due to my marriage. I got relieved and got all documents as i served my notice period properly.. i feel you friend would have done this. I was woking as a Senior Proof reader there when i quit them.

By the way, I know about ur friend. She joined CBay without getting relieved in medtek, right?. that is not correct. It is a small world. They know wherever we go and give tests.

hey, I was cearly told about my sal and incentives and i used to get it on time every month. May be you dont know abt MT business. Its ok! MT is a thin margin business. Any MT company which wants to continue in the business pays according to employee's performance. Even I was not getting incentives for the first 6 months but later i improved my performance and started growing in the company.

when compared to many other companies i felt more secured in medtek. I have been getting my sal on 5th of every month and I got incentives because of my performance.

Along with me, many of my friends got loyalty incentives for every two years.. Recently one my collegues got 45k as loyalty incentives.

I don't know wether your friend followed the procedures properly or not. check with her. make it simple. ask her to meet some one in the company and close the issue. I dont think by writing in forums like this, you can solve her issue. do you think, whatever money you friend was asked to pay wil make any difference to them? i dont think so :)

I dont know who you are. But I am one among those who got trained in MedTek and now I am working with MedTek Medical coding department from April'12 onwards. They provide good training and they take top performers in to their production.I learnt a lot and they have shown other placement opportunities to many of my friends as well. My friends have joined UHG, Apollo, Giltedge, Pi international, phycare and many more...

MedTek training has been good and many of my friends & batch mates have joined and got benefited out of it. look in to your performance as well. May be you need to work on it. Wish you all the best my friend, let us identify & work on our positives and negatives as well before commenting on any one.

for loyalty incentive they cut 1000 every month, for 2 years, it will be 24, 000 only, but how can they pay 45, 000. It is shame on you for such postings. Worst company to work for. They suck your blood. Beware

It is worst company to work. Do not believe in any offer from this company. It sucks your blood and earns on your blood.

I think those guys who posted on MedTek positively seems they are fakers or fakey posting with diff names to grab some of innocents again.Shame on you.

Unexpectedly I visited this page and seen these comments about MedTek. Yes all the negative comments are true. Couple of positive comments are seems to be from MedTek HR Team. They are good at brand building and too good at sucking blood of all the resource. They cheat every employee in MedTek. Illegal bond policies and salary break-ups. Such a worst company. Don't consider this company for your carrier. Anybody tell me how can I report about this company to government authorities about the bond policy, PF policy and also about the mental harassment.

Even I agree with these comments. Only People who does not have any opportunity, and who are willing to donate his/her blood freely to this company can join. Now, they changed the name to Avontix.

Bad HR..bad company policies..still I have to get back my certificated..dont know how i am gonna get it..Please help someone...

Hey from Medtek.net or Avontix whatever, If you have guts reply to my comment...Atleast have a courage to face the queries. Changing the name from Medtek to Avontix will not hide you from others. Don't play with other's life. I request every one who is visiting this complaint board, Please dont join this company for god sake, They are really, They will take your certificates upon the joining for the sake of Security.
