Yes even i do agree with u Ms. Savitha,even i faced the same as such. I brought a mobile from Memmo mobiles dabagardens where i went to buy micro max mobile X265 and where i was compelled to buy X266 by the sales guy.i asked him to pack the same and he said we dont have it rgt now and need to get it from the godown where i was kept waiting for one hr and the sales guy opened the seal very carefully posing it as a new one,loaded the battery,and once i am out from showrrom and sat in an auto with my frnd i found they r lot of guy photos and showroom pics of memmo showroom(shows they have used the mobile and then selling it to a customer).And we thought may be they 've tested as tht was the first time i brought a multimedia mobile and deleted all the pics.and i went home and left my mobile for 4 hrs for charging used it and took a call for 25mins and found the mobile battery was discharged and the call end button is very loose where i have to press many times to disconnect the call.but due to busy time could not go their showroom again and after time permitted me after 4 days went to them and complained about the said and asked to replace the piece or battery where they said we are not responsible for this and a sales lady and sales guy with very rude attitude,her language towards a customer is worse saying our responsibility ends once the sale was done and i was asked to go to a customer service center even by the manager,do we expect to go a customer care center after 4 days of purchase with a mobile repair.This was ridiculous.It was really hurting tht hard earned money of 2,700/- was put into ashes.
THIS MEMMO MOBILES SHOWRROM GUYS ARE SELLING A MOBILE WHICH ARE ALREADY USED FOR THEIR PERSONAL USAGE AND THEN SELLING IT TO A CUSTOMER AS A NEW ONES SHOWING THT THE SEAL WAS OPENED BEFORE THE CUSTOMER ITSELF."MEMMO IS A SECOND SALE MOBILE SHOWROOM", PLEASE DON'T BUY ANY OF THE MOBILES FROM THIS SHOWROOM.IT IS MY REQUEST PLEASE DON'T WASTE UR MONEY THERE IN MEMM0 MOBILES,DABAGARDENS,VISHAKAPATNAM.
