Hi Pawan, now MCL have opened settlement cell and doing good response to all the investors. Why are you getting frustrate. pls call the settlement cell and act accordingly. if you go for any legal action you won't get anything moreover now mcl has opened their office in delhi (settlement cell)

I am not sure whats your problem, In your statement I dont see that you have even tried to do what Manmohan Singh is asking us to do, if you have already done that and have not got a response and payment, then I will agree with you.

If Manmohan is saying that we can send our papers to Delhi, then I see no reason why we should not be doing that. I am sure you have invested a good amount in MCL, and it should not be trouble or expensive to xerox and courier the requirement.

I know its difficult time for all o[censored]s, but I guess threatening the company is not going to help any of the investors nor the company.

My intention is not to hurt your feelings, and I do apologize if it has.

HI friends! The press is to be mainly blamed. It is blindly advertising for all the fraud car companies purely looking after filling their coffers. Other companies which have mercilessly fleeced innocent retired housewives, senior citizens etc are City Limouzines, City Realcom, AIM Limouzines, Easy Travels, Om Sai Nath Car Leasing, Shree Resorts, Tulsiyaan and now MCL has joined this list.

Investors from all the Cheating Companies listed above should meet and seek support from the Central Government to book these criminals, put a fullstop to them from doing fraud business anywhere in India, leading to many suicide cases and other tragedies.

The EOW should also make concerted efforts to see that justice is done and all the investors are getting every penny they have invested so that they can live in peace.

This is a genuine request to MCL company and Mr. Manmohan Singh .
There are around 50 - 70 investors in Chennai, who have no clue as to what has to be done.
We request MCL to atleast temporarily open their Chennai office, to settle our amounts.
I am a Chennai based MCL investor and I am in touch with many other Chennai investors.
We MCL Chennai investors are 100% ready to co-operate for settlement.
Please do go ahead and open MCL Chennai office.
