Dear sir,
Myself mrs. Prafullaben rameshchandra rajguru. Owner of 218, mittal appartnment, nr. Rajvi tower, old padra road, vadodara.

My house is closed n not in use since august 2010. Our meter is outside from the house. Though your official person charge us same amount for electric utilitiy charges. Though metre reading shows zero usage why this amount is charged to us? Please do the needful.
