[Resolved] mha — non allotment of bptp park elite floors | |
Friends, i booked a floor in bptp establishment, namely park elite floors in sector 85, faridabad. i was told by the authorised booking office that i had to give the booking amount, i.e. Rs. 2 lakh for 180 sq. yrds flat. I made the payment and booked a flat. Since the payment of the flat is construction linked, I financed the remaining amount i.e. Rs. 13.5 lakh from LIC HFL. I made second payment of about 2 lakh from my pocket. I was told by the booking office that the allotment will be done during Aug'09 but since now, i.e. Dec'09, there is no booking. Even the head office is not giving any satisfactory answer. surprisingly, the demand letter of third installment, leaving the PLC charge was generated. Kindly contact me on mobile no. Can some one suggest me, How to delete self- post from here???
Thereafter, I am regularly enquiring about date of next phase allotment but not getting any concrete reply on the timelines. Meanwhile, unit price for same category of flats has been increased upto 2 folds & builder is pushing me by giving suggestion to surrender my application and take my money back with interest @ 9% PA or else shift the paid amount to other BPTP projects by paying premium amount and with no discounts. Please suggest what all are my rights & penalty clause against builder as i am suffering through mental unrest just bcz of allotment uncertainty & fear of incur lose
Unnecessary lull & uncertainty of 2nd phase allotment of BPTP Elite floor.
