[Resolved] Michelin India Tyres Pvt. Ltd. / Tubeless Tyre — Damage to Tubeless Tyre

I had changed all 4 tyres of my car to Michelin Tubeless Tyres from M/s Darshan Tyres, F.C. Road, Pune-411004 in July end. In November, my tyre developed a big hole and I immediately went and complained about the same to M/s Darshan Tyres and requested them for a replacement since only 4 months have passed from the purchase of the tyre. However, they handed over a 'Tyre Inspection Report' (Report No.107237 dated[protected] saying that the side wall is cut and there will be no replacement in such case. I was told that Michelin Tyres are the best in the world and it is very sad that in such a situation there is no co-operation from your dealers. I didn't change one but 4 tyres of my car. Hence, I request you to to consider this matter in a 'customer-friendly manner' and arrange for a replacement of the tyre. Please do not hesitate to contact me on[protected] or[protected]. Michelin — DAMAGED TYRE

MICHELIN TUBE LESS TYRES IS USELESS, MY 3 MONTH OLD HONDA CITY V TYRE IS BURST ON ROAD ON HIGHWAY WHEN I AM TRAVELING WITH MY FAMILY. . AND TYRE IS NOT REPAIRABLE .WHAT SHOULD I DO .REG NO DL4CNC 4397. KINDLY PLS REPLACE MY TYRE.

I had changed all 4 tyres of my car TATA INDIGO GLX NO. MH 12 BV 1354 to Michelin Tubeless Tyres from M/s Fida Ali Tyres, Toli Chowki Road, Hydrabad- in 19th April 2009 end. In August, my designe of tyre washed away at just 25000km running and I immediately went and complained about the same to M/s Fida Ali Tyres and requested them for a replacement since only 4 months have passed from the purchase of the tyre. However, they handed over a 'Tyre Inspection Report' ( dated[protected] saying that the side wall is cut and there will be no replacement in such case.
I was told that Michelin Tyres are the best in the world and it is very sad that in such a situation there is no co-operation from your dealers. I didn't change one but 4 tyres of my car. Hence, I request you to to consider this matter in a 'customer-friendly manner' and arrange for a replacement of the tyre.
