[Resolved] Micromax — poor service of Micromax service center | |||
On 1/09/2012 i submit my micromax mobile Q7 to micromax service center (M/S Siya Electronics, house no. 85 first floor pocket D-14 Rohini-7 Delhi-110085) i submit my mobile because its network showing emergency but from 1/09/2012 to 18/12/2012 i donot get my mobile back when i call to service center so the person who recieve the call told me that callback after 15-20 minutes jobsheet no. is N[protected] Name is Niranjan Address is wz 3945 shri nagar Gali no.-1 Delhi-34 contact no.- [protected] Email id is verma.[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

last month i bought a funbook but day after tomorow it didn't work properly so complaint on service center but till now my coplaint in pending. my complaint date is 28/11/12. so do something fore custemer service plz

On 24/07/14, I handed over my MICROMAX handset model : A110Q, IMEI
no.[protected], [protected] to Micromax local service center 'm/s UNI TECH, #2686,
BATHINDA(punjab)' vide receipt no.2766, job sheet number 'n[protected]' to rectify the touch problem, now after a span of 18 days my handset is lying at aforesaid service center, they neither attended the problem nor giving any satisfactory reply, only saying spares are awaited.
kindly do the needful at the earliest.
