[Resolved]  Micromax Q5 — Profile doesn't change from headset profile

i purchased the micromax q5. i was listening to some songs for about an hours time. when i took the headset out of it, the profile did not change back from headset to general. i tried to restart it and took out the battery, removed the memory card and also changed the sim slot from 1 to 2. didnt work. i am going to go to the store to get it replaced. if they done replace it, i would contact legal departments for this as this is not at all acceptable. i have bought the phone just 3 days ago !!! please revert back to me if any answers

Solution:

I ve also the same here the problem with the headset profile.

So...

I restarted the phone.

then plug the earphone.

then started one song...

then forcefully remove the JACK...(try this two or three times ...)

And DONE...Back to normal...Now never listen the song!!!
thanx a lot folks..i know a lot of solutions are given..they may or may not work everytime..there's no guarantee..I did the same thing as suggested by some of you..

switched off the phone>switched it on again>inserted the headphone>open music player and played a song>then tried connecting and disconnecting the headphone repeatedly..

but no!!! it wasn't working!!! :'(..
"Pratsoni" said two or three times..but it didn't work..

So i got frustrated..but didn't lose my hope..i kept on doing it..again then again..then again..this time with heavy speed and force Iwas connecting and disconnecting repeatedly..

and VOILA!!! :) ultimately it worked..after about 30-35 attempts..could have needed more attempts..so anyone having this problem..you may try this..I can't assure this is really gonna work everytime..but this should be your first try..if the problem persists try doing other things..

Micromax q5 — Silent Mode not working

Mobile is not getting silent. It will either ring or vibrate. There is not 3rd option of silent.

I have also purchased micromax Q5fb phone because of some features, after using this phone for 3 months my phone automatically switches over to handset profile mode which is creating lot of problems to me. I have tried a lot to put the phone on general profile but all in vain, then i tried to find the solution through net what i saw was that i am not the only person facing the problem instead there is a long que of customers of micromax who are facing the problem. So we all and individually should write to the micromax to solve the problem of their customers. I too have tried all the solutions given by you people but nothing happened.

Micromax — headset

im having problems with my micromax q75 purchased in india.....when i connected the headset and then disconnected it later the phone did not come back to general mode
i got the solution frnds

hi frnds i also face the same problem twice, first time wen its happen i dont hav any solution for dat so i use other phone n kept q5 aside after some time wen i use q5 it back to normal, i dont known how is back to normal i thank to god n move on but again i make a mistake to pugged the earphone n again i face the same prob., again i dont hav solution so i jus use with the head phone, but after that i jus bore wid dat so i aagin use another ph, ...so i jus kept q5 on my desk on running condition den its battery low n its off

n here is the solution frnds wen the battery is low n cell is automatically off n wen u charge the ph again the profile is change n is back to normal guys it really work above all if not working u jus apply this solution hope u also get ur desire solution

Micromax / Q75 — Mobile software is not proper, creating problem after 5 days of purchase

Dear Sir,

I purchased a mobile handset of Micromaxx Q75, it is creating problem after 5days of purchase, like sudden swicth off, hanging, headset not working. I compalint about it at instant but due to time problem i was unable to check it that time, now i want to replace it but company asking that it can be done in 7 days only. Its true that i rep[ort to them after 20 days but i report to them after 5 to 7 days. Now I want to replace my mobile but they are asking for repair. Why should i repair my new mobile. I want New one, please help me. I bought it on my father's name (Mr. Jaywant Vyavhare).

micromax Q5 mobile phone — its mp3 is not working

i amit katiyar has purchase a mobile phone from mobile store dehradun ( oposite janpath mall bindal pul) but from the day of purchasing its mp3 is not working , & they are refuse to change it or not giving money back please look in to the matter
hi this is naresh i to had faced the same problem.i was listening to the songs for some time after that when i removed the head set then also it was in same head set mode.the only solution is that you have keep the headset and try to remove it in that way that u ill get a msg that the ("HEAD SET PLUGED OUT") and later u can activate in any mode that is the only solution which u can do.because i did same like that and it is working properly now.

micromax mobile (q5) — mobile was not repaired as per time

my self panchal viki, i have micromax mobile and this cell has problem in "track ball" so i given this cell in surat service center but after two month they say your cell is not repair and they cant give me my mobile
My Name is Dhirendra, from kota Rajasthan. My Micromax q5 is about two months old was working fine, but then it is june end, rainy season, perhaps (just guessing) some moisture nay have enterd my phone. My phone is in headset profile and would not change to normal even after the earphone is removed. I have tried the following all in vain.
1) removed battery, sim cards, microsd card, and left it for one night and put it back. Useless.
2) tried to plug in and out 5 diiferent brands of earphone for surely more than 50 times! In vain!
3) Check online for help! Nothing useful.
Many handsets with yamaha audio aplifier feature have this proble, even some without it. Micromax should do something fast.

Micromax Q5 — track ball

my track ball not working properly when i go service center they said company does nt gives the warranty of this so i paid 250
i want a replacement
i have same problem i don't know what i do
The Micromax Q5fb was working fine for sometime but all of a sudden the messages "Earphone plugged in" and :Earphone lugged out" appears alternatively on the screen. Symultaneously it give s aprofile change, too. It is really irritating as while I am on call the voice is not heard and I find that the message" Earphone plugges in" with the earphone icon. When I roate the track ball the above messages appear alternatively, ans sometimes they appear even without touching the phone. This is really irritating. Please help.

Solution - just check headset socket at your mobile and check any of the pin is bend .. use small knife and straight the pin which is bend but do it carefully ...don't break any pin... it's a mechanical fault.
Hi, I am facing the User prrofile problem, If I keep my mobile on Vibrate mode that is Meeting mode but when somebody calls me up the phone does not vibrate and goes to silent mode, so do not recognize that i am receiving calls.

Very much irritating.

Please help.
