I have received email from microsoft lottery promotion that i have won that 1, 000, 000.00 in pound but they demand fees of some affidevit and authorisation letter . why sould i pay for that because you are paying this much money why should not the cut from this money remaining money transfer to my account. if it not possible it means it is fraud or scamp
