Microsoft MSN Lottery — asking excess money after winning even paid of cost of transfer

This is to inform you to that on 19th July, 09 I recieved an email from microsoft msn lottery of winning fund of 1.5 Million british pounds sterling means in indian currency[protected] INR for selected my email id in worlds top most lucky 12 email ids. I had sent the details they had asked me. Then they sent the mail telling that I need to pay C.O.T. (cost of transfer) of 430 british pounds i.e 32, 500 INR within 48 hours after this mail you recieve otherwise the winning amount validity will get cancelled. So, I asked them the account no. on which I have to do the payment & they sent me the ICICI ac. no. of in the name of Mr. Kalindra Rabha andheri branch, mumbai. I paid the amount by keeping faith on them. Then I came to know that as I was not having the foreign account they can not transfer the fund to my local account directly. So they told me by mail that the processing officer will leave U.K. & will reach India in one day. I was still believing on them. Then Their processing officer is arrived in India & straight he went to reserve bank of india, New Delhi to transfer the fund to my account. Then he called me & asked to pay Rs.77, 500 more as a govt. tax payable to reserve bank of india. & again I believed on him & asked ac. no. on which i have to send the payment. I have arranged this much of huge amount in just 2 hours by lending the money from relatives & freinds. Then he send me the another ac. no. of different name than previous of mahadeshpura enterprises of branch, maratha mandir. Then I sent the payment & at 3.00 pm on 22nd July, 09 told me that your payment will show in your account in just 1 hour. I was waiting & by 4.00 pm he told me that due to closing of clearing counter of reserve bank of india. So on the next day morning at 10.00 am he called me to pay Rs.2, 13, 300 as a conversion amount & Rs.17060 as a other amount to pay which was impossible to me. So I told them I can not bear this much of amount to pay so pay me back the amount whichever I deposited to your two different accounts. So they refused to pay me & told me that if you will not pay the amount your winning funds will get cancelled.
Now today 26th July, 09 they are not responding my mails & my calls to them on mentioned contact nos on emails from them. Which is very shameless & redhiculus thing for me.
Now I got cheated for Rs.1, 10, 000 which I have not recieved yet.
So I warned to the other microsoft lottery winners to not to believe on such scam & fruad mails from microsoft.
So Please if anybody listening or reading this mail please try to help me to get my money back whichever I have invested due to which I lagged very much in life & lost confidence to live.
