[Resolved]  Microtek Ups Model: Hge600Az — Computer shuts down & power cuts off.

My computer all of sudden gets shuts down & UPS starts giving beep which turns RED from GREEN indication, though electricity is still there at that time.
Please look into this.
I was trying calling the service center of Andheri, but the no. was busy for the whole day & the rest two phone nos. are not working.
