Swing Machine — not working
I purchased a battery opterated swing maching in the name of SARBARI MISRA, Order No.1101337. We were received the above product but the machine was not functioning properly. Immediately contact to Naaptol customer care and the phone receiver advised me for returiing above product immediately through courier the same courier who deliverd the product and accordingly we sent the same on[protected].But sorry to say that till today we have not return back fresh product (Swing Machine). We have contacted so many time with your customer care agent viz., DARSANA, BHAGYASHREE, FRENCH and JAVED. All are them always told that the product to be sent immediately within 08 to 10 days. But the date has not come till day. Therefore, it is requested to kindly send my Swing Machine as it is no need of change Otherwise reply me that I have been cheated by Naaptol, then I should pleased and learnt a lesson from naaptol.

got a new mini sewing machine from naaptol. not even stiched one dress machine is not working and no one is ready to reapair the machine. when i called naaptol they said i'm out of service period so they cant do any thing.
plz dont buy these machine its useless and u cant reapir that ..its like use and throw.when they sell the product they give all assurance but after delivery u cant get them online.
