I purchased mini sewing machine and it is not working from the day one. I have taken the help of professional tailors in loading the bobbin but they too failed. Once we remove the bobbin from the bottom, we are unable to reload the same. Even a single attempt is not made and the machine is a big failure. Why such type of machines are allowed to sell and cheat the public. There is no service executive to explain how to assemble the machine. They deliver the machine with a bobbin pre-loaded (white colour thread). But we have to change the coloured thread to stich coloured clothes...once we remove the pre-loaded bobbin we are unable to load any other bobbin. Have been searching for the solution since 3 years...but failed. Please help.
