didnot received my pan card, which i had applied last month. after searching it on incometax site it shows my pan card detail : PAN : BGHPK1321G will u please tell me how and when i can get my pan card. since it is the month of march and i have to submit my earning to income tax department with the copy of this card. i hope i will get soon with your coopeation. thanking you yours faithfully, SALIL KUMAR Was this information helpful? | |

Intentionally punishing the co-employee especially from the rank Inspector to Constable by the supervising authority (Asstt. Commandant & above) .
1. As per rule in CISF, those are not able to do or failed any training course during the service period, they should not to be awarded any punishments. But, practically the supervising authorities are giving such punishments lots to Co-employee. Hence, the morale and service carrier are also affected such punishments. Till date no solution for these.
2. If any staff (specially from the rank Inspector to Constable)done any mistake such as accidental firing, consumed alcohols, etc., the particular individual should be punished . But, practically the supervising authority is giving punishment to the In-Charge(i.e. Shift I/C) without done any mistake by Shift I/C.
3. If any supervising authority is giving punishments to co-employee in finically loss, the recovery should be made from the particular supervising authority’s salary if the such case to be won by the court. So that the supervising authorities will take more care during imposing punishments to co-employees.
4. During the service period so many staff (specially from the rank Inspector to Constable) are attached (i.e., Pay unit far away)to other unit without obtaining any willingness from the individual and not providing any HRA or Govt. Accommodation.
5. But for supervising authority, till date no body is servicing in the attachment basis.
