[Resolved]  Ministry Of Home Affairs — PIO application unanswered

I am Austrian national married to Indian national. I live in India on a X-Visa. I have applied for a PIO Card in December 2010. The Ministry of Home Affairs sent a letter to the Foreigners Registration Office in Panjim, Goa on the 21st March 2011, stating that I have applied for PIO and that the FRO may inquire and send a detailed report back to the Ministry of Home Affairs. The Fro had advised me that the case had already been forwarded to the Section officer of the Ministry of Home affairs, dated 4th August 2011.

Since that nobody has tried to contact me. I have been trying to call officials to track down my PIO application, those are either unavailable or directly forward me to the Visa support center. The officials in the visa support center forward me to the Ministry of home affairs, thus I end up in a vicious circle where nobody seems to be able to tell me what happened to my PIO application!

The PIO application has been hanging now nearly for 2 years in the air and nobody can help me! It seems that it is stuck somewhere, lying forgotten in an office, and I don't get the right person on the phone to talk too!

Please I need help!!!

Same thing happened with me. Now I am searching where I can complain against them. September, 2012 when I applied PIO along with my sons application. After 3 months I got a letter from FRRO delhi regarding my sons application only. And after following what documents to submit again like renewing of bank draft coz already expired then I got it. But my application was still proceeding. In that moment After 4 months waiting I started to call the main officer in charge for my nationality and he told me that they need the report letter from the frro where i am residing. So time to time I keep also for follow up call in FRRO where I am living and they said they already sent it many months ago. And every time i wil call again MHA same thing they r still saying to me. So FRRO just give me a copy of the report which they have sent to MHA. AFter getting that I went MHA directly to give that report which they r looking. But unfortunately they have implemented a new rule that no any applicant can talk directly face to face to any officer. Only the receptionist was there. I talk to the receptionist everything what happened with my application but he cannot do anything besides giving me a suggestion to give a letter stating about my problem and copy of that report letter from frro then they will stamp it after receiving. So i did it and he also provided me an email add which MHA is using now for all conversation from applicant. When I came back to my place I also did the same thing scan all documents, and wrote letter. They answered so fast they ask me to give details like my name, birthdate etch. They are also asking for the tracking number and i said i dn't have any tracking number since MHA didn't send any letter for me since i have sent it. After that they replied to me its not of their domain after i asked them to just send me back at least my original bank draft worth 15000. Same day i have called again MHA same number I was calling before but he just transfer me again to another person. And when I called that person he told me to send email in that email and i said i already did. Ending is still nothing I got. I already waste so much money from going again and again in MHA and calling and renewing my visa again and again. I am so much puzzled at this moment what else I should do because I already did all what I can do. Don't know to whom else i should talk now
My phone is being tapped
I am being constantly hounded by cops
I have not been notified regarding any wrongs if I committed
I am stalked where ever I go
It's been done very cleverly
Some law enforcement authority is involved in this
Please help me
