Mira Bhayander Municipal Corporation — ABNORMAL RISE IN PROPERTY TAX

MBMC HAS INCREASED PROPERTY TAX INCLUDING DRAINAGE CLEANING AND WATER BENEFICIARY TAX @ 65%. IT IS NOT JUSTIFIED AT ALL WHEN NO FACILITIES FOR PEOPLE AVAILABLE AT PRESENT.THERE IS NO UNDERGROUND DRAINAGE LINES AND NOT EVEN GETTING SUFFICIENT WATER.
MANY PEOPLE HAVE PAID TAX WITH A SCARE THAT MBMC MAY CUT WATER SUPPLY BUT IS INHUMAN ACT.
PLEASE ADVISE.

if there is any provision to see old property tax payment receipt online

I Have not received my property tax reciept since 2011 . I was complain in MBMC many time but they are not taking any kind of action for resolved my problems they are only taking time to look matter but nothing happen .It's very pathetic to ignorance such kind of complaints by MBMC officers .Since 1999 I have pay regular my house tax with my father name Santram Rajbhar my property tax no.B[protected] but someone get transfer on Ram charan Rajbhar name I have no idea who is this Ram charan Rajbhar I am helpless to recived my father name tax reciept .Kindly look the serious matter this kind of froud and take action this kind of fraudent activity.I am waiting for rectifying my property tax receipt.
