[Resolved]  misbehaviour — complaint against raj narayan tiwary,igims branch,patna-14(bihar)

sir,
i visited ur branch with my mother janki devi, whose pension ac is wth ur branch for submit live certificate on 1.11.2008.i had complete live certificate form with ppo.i approach mr rajnarayan tiwary, who was dealing that time pension.i given him complete form with ppo.he asked for passbook.that time i had not passbook bcoz there was no mension on form that passbook is must.on form was quated that ppo is must so i had ppo.however i had written ac no on form.i request him plz check no in comp and verify bcoz i hadno pass book.he pressurised passbook is must bcoz he told-"mere paas itna time nehi hai ki sabhi ka account check karoon".then i requsted him that sir then plz note that my mother is visited then i will show u passbook.then he threw ppo and told "nehi phir ana hoga hamen aapke problem se koi matlab nehi hai .hamara dimaag na khao jaao".he dehaved like dictator not a bank employee of sbi.i told him sir i will complaint against u.then he told-"jao jahan jana mera koi kuch nehi bigar sekta".then i went to bm.but he was absent.then i retd and again bring passbook.then not he but second man submitted life certificate.
I FELT HUMILIATE THAT DAY.SIR I AM SELF A BANK OFFICER.I WAS NOT IN MOOD FOR COMPLAINT BUT MR RAJ NARAIN PRESSURISE ME FOR DO IT.
my all family memders ac is with your bank.in which heavy amount is deposited.but there is no regard evev for senior citizen in ur bank.
plz take action against rajnarain that ur banks goodwill should be continue as glorious.

misbehaviour — NO PROPER RESPECT BY YOUR STAFF

Sir,

I am a regular visitor of Reliance Fresh Store at R K Puram Hyderabad-500035 and also I stays opposite to your store. I am a regular customer from your Fresh stores and having a Card also. Today I have visited your store and purchased some items and vegetables. At the billing state the cashier named Mr Tirupathi isw very reluctant and very much irrespective. Not only this day, I am keep on observing that the people who are working in your stores are very much irresponsible and irrespective at the customers. Why should we visit again your store in this kind of atmosphere ? The company like RELIENCE , we expect that the company may maintain professional and maintain in a professionalway. I find the small Kirana shop person may give more respect and attintive at the customer. We find there is no professional training to your staff regarding how to attend to customer and how to treat a customer.

This is not the first time, I have faced this kind of situation many more times sofar. I have a very good liking on RELIANCE group, and that is the reason I am writing to you in this form.

I advise you to improve the customer relations with immediate effect otherwise you may start closing your stores one by one.
