[Resolved]  Mm — Rude behaviour by airtel people

This is in regarding to the cancellation of airtel broadband. I had applied for transfer of connection in October 2011 and in november they called up and said that shifting cannot be done due to technical issues. So, I requested for cancellation of connection. But inspite of noting down the request , I kept on getting bills after bills and innumerable calls from customer care. Even on sundays they didnt spare me from the calls. I explained everyone each time the same thing. But no action was taken from their end. Finally when I mailed them recently. They took action and the conecrned nodal officer who called up was so rude and impatient which is hard to beleive that officers can behave like this. In the meanwhile someone from the payment department started calling me and talking rudely. Today again when she called up from this no.[protected] , I told her not to call me as I am in contact with the conecrned department through mail , she behaved so rudely and when I asked her to stop calling me otherwise I would have to register a complaint in the customer court for harrasing me-- I was SHOCKED to hear her reply. She said you can go to supreme court, high court or wherever you want to. I dont care . This is the last thing any customer would want to hear from such a reputed company inspite of the mistake from their end. I think the concerned airtel department should take action against these kind of employees for behaving so rudely with customers.

Airtel — rude behaviour of nodal officer

Sir,
My mobile no [protected], having blackberry facilities all of a sudden they have disconnect the service and for which i have raised several complaints through 121 service, but all went waste, moreover if you try to call 121 continously for more than three times, the facilities to contact the customer care executive will be de activated and after wards when you approach the nodal officer[Ms Shilpa Mr Deepa] both has only one reply that" pls wait and I need 48 hrs'',

today is the fifth day and still both are saying that they need 48 hrs more, I have requested many times to Ms Shilpa to resolve the problem by taking up the matter with the concerned network team, she is not ready to act, and whenever she has to be contacted she will not come on line,

I have never see such lady in my life who is not fit to work as a nodal officer, rather that she has to take care of her family by cooking food in the kitchen and taking care of her children, I dont understand why she is coming to work with airtel.

they are all least bother to attend the complaints of a customer,
Now she herself is supporting me to change the operator, which shows her i ability to solve the problem within their own company,

Ms Shilpa /Mr Deepak -both nodal officer [AIRTEL], should be called henceforth NOTORIOUS officers, should have resigned from the company and work some other company if they read this message.
Ms Shilpa should take care of her children and husband by now, because this is job is not suitable for her.

I have suffered a lot, pls don't contact any of the AIRTEL nodal officer for any issues

I have also trouble from this so called popular AIRTEL company...
i have applied for portability from airtel to vodafone because of rude behaviour of the company's customer executives...
even he threaten me that i may cancel your form of portability, and he does...
it is like their "DADAGIRI" that we are boss...
i suggest you to leave airtel network...just i do...
my friend have also the same problem like you...
and also the result is same...
hope you get luck next time...
Seriously ... Moreover they don't care even ..and doesnt bother to resolve the problem and take action against their representatives..!!
