Dear sir/Mam.. I am using air-tel postpaid number as [protected] & [protected]. I have paid the bills for the month of December 2012 bills via on 21-Jan-2013, At the time of payment they have debited the amount from mobikwik account and Generated the invoice for Successful transactions. They gave the transaction id as [protected] ( 350 rupees ) for [protected] Number and [protected] ( 250 rupees ) for [protected]. I thought the bills are paid successfully. But i got the bill for the month of Jan 2013 on 08-FEB-2013 as 673 for [protected] and 540 for [protected]. I have called to Customer care for checking the bill amount, and i came to know December month bills are not paid to air-tel. I have called about this payment problem on Feb 12,They simply said payment failure from air-tel biller end so we will refund your money, I got the refund also, But air-tel puts 200 rupees as fine to me for unpaid bill. Mobikwik not informed to me about the failure transaction, After my complaint only they found those are failure transactions, If they found this failure transactions at the payment time itself, I don't have to pay the fine amount to Air-tel, Due to Mobikwik Carelessness, Now i am under the situation to pay fine amount of 200 to Air-tel. This is not my fault, So mobikwik should take responsible for the fine amount. Please do the needful to me.

Airtel — Non debit of Rs. 50/- per month to my mobile

I had purchased airtel sim under the scheme (under plan Rs. 299) for one year. Rs. 50/- was credited to my mobile everymonth. But for the past two months the amount has been debited to my mobile why? my mobile No. is [protected] I hope the same amount will be deposited to my mobile

Airtel — Amount debited in my mobile

My mobile number is [protected], Airtel charge me totaly Rs 50/- in my A/c, when i call custmer care service(121) they told me that they were charged the amount for friends chatting purpose, but till the date i did not activate this scheme in my mobile way.and they told that some one chat using ur mobile way of chating at internet side number is 64611020, i dont accept this, so request u to d active this scheme and u should return to credit in my a/c sum of Rs 50/-, I[censored] do not return amt i will produce legal notice to u,
do the needful.

Mobikwik is a cheater

Mobikwik took back our money from our wallet shows that Mobikwik is not professional and the money is not safe in their wallet . so i want my amount back

Yesterday i have recharged for 150 rupees to [protected] but till now i didn't get the recharge and 150 deducted from my wallet email id ajin.rm.[protected] .please take necessary steps to resolve this or refund money.

not paid my Reliance Postpaid bill

Sir I have done 3100 reliance bill payment. But after 10 hr also my bill has not be paid so please look into. and please give me a call in this number - [protected].and my amount has been deducted from my account.11

rechare not done amout debited from wallet

Yesterday made rechare of rs 154 amount to ideA no rc was not done and i got sms rc amount will be credited back wallet n it was not credited


i have loaded 150 rs in mobikik wallet my phone number my wallet has been locked please unlock it otherwise i will lodge cheating case in consumer court

On 14 dec 2014 full talk time recharge of 150rs was not credited on mobile no. [protected].
