mobile connection — billing

Sir i was having airtel mobile no [protected] and 604 since 2005 in september my advance rental got over i used to have 3 year advance rental on my last bill i was promised rental waver so i continued the numbers but when the bill came they had charged me full and changed my bill plan also with out my consent then i made a complaint about this at customer care where they told me that they would rectify the same in next bill but again in next bill also nothing happend so i stoped paying the bill and i again compalined for the same this time i was promised a call back but i did not hear from them so i discontinued their no. and i spent 2000 on new connections and still they are bothering me they are threatning me also plus they are sending people to my inlaws threatning them also making calls to person whom i had called this has caused me lot of business loss and mental torture so please help me on this the numbers from which i am getting calls are [protected] and [protected]

mobile connection — termination of 9945685516 not implemented and bills being sent after termination notice

I sent request for termination of [protected] obtained when I was at Bangalore by email after consulting local airtel office at Hyderabad. I got acknowledgment. i sent remiders both by email and sms to 121 for which I got acknowledgment. However, no action is taken and I recd November bill. This is irregular. Pl reverse bill and inform me. If this submission gets no proper response I may have to use my journalist son, go to TRAI or go legal. I am a senior citizen. Pl do not force me to any of these steps.

mobile connection — Outgoing calls are cut


I m Pradipta having Mob. no [protected] is unabled for Outgouing Calls. Without informing me, My outgoing call was diconnected Yesterday even i m unable to called the Customer Care(*333). As i m not getting my Bill and My Address was not updated, i told the customer care regarding this issue. But Customer care was not taken care of my issue. So when i got call from your side regarding bill payment, i told all these issues. Still the problem is going on and the new issue is my outgoing call was cut. Please do the needful ASAP.



advance rental — pulse rate difference

i have change my plan for no [protected]. but when bill comes there is another plan they have told me for local .50 p and std 1 rs but here is another 1rs & 1.50 p so plz try to solve this matter or i want to close my no or change this number in another network.


mobile connection — charge more money in pulse rate than the offer

i mr ashok kumar mobile no-[protected]. actually i get a connection from reliance communication since last last year i recharge rs.18 voucher in which the company give me a facility in 10pm to 6am per minute 10paise to other smart no, and the offer valid upto till august but in 12/02/2010 i call a smart no [protected] from10.11pm to 10.47pm. according company offer rs3.60paise will be deducted but rs10.80paise will be kindly check my complain and i hope company will give me yhe solution.

mobile connection — autocracy from old providers

1:- umber protability isn't being introduced.? is it because of some old service providers will get their revenues less? we need answer.
we have RIGHT TO INFORMATION . if it is being delayed because of technical aspects, then what the hell are the technicians are doing? is it a got-up?
2:- why call rate is not same for everu service providers as they all sale the same product (airtime); what TRI is doing?
